Hotel Everest

Happy with location of the hotel. Very convenient for us as tourists. Lots of places nearby for breakfast or any other meal. Staff was very responsive to questions I sent using Booking.com messaging prior to arrival.

We were on the 6th floor (same as the front desk/ check-in area). Most of the time it was fine but one night, whoever was handling the front desk had a very lengthy, loud conversation around 11 pm with someone at the desk that kept us both awake. I went out to the front desk to ask them to speak quietly so as not to disturb us; the talking continued at a fairly loud level for quite a long time. Do NOT accept a room on the 6th floor.

A great hotel. Only a 10-minute walk from Sagrada Familia, and close to another beautiful attraction, São Pau Hospital. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although at first we were surprised by the hotel's rule of leaving the keys at the reception every time you leave the room, it didn't become a problem. The room was cleaned every day, so it was always clean and tidy. There is a metro station and several public transport stops nearby, so the hotel's location makes it easy to get anywhere in the city, as well as access to the airport. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would stay there again.

Everything was great! The only wish is that it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Lady receptionist doesn't speak any English and wasn't professional. Didn't like the fact that every time we leave the hotel we have to leave the keys at reception. Why is that? On top of it, receptionist was from time to time missing and we just had to wait there for 15-20 min when she will come back. When she was back no sorry no nothing. As we don't have our plans... Big dislike. Lift doesn't go to all the floors which might not be most comfortable thing when you care luggages. Quite pricy.

The hotel was excellent, staff was extremely friendly, we got every day cleaning, beds were comfortable, 24h was a convenient bonus as our plane arrived late at night, and others did not have options for late check in. The location was perfect, 10 min walk from La Sagrada familia, little coffees, bars, restaurants all arround, and metro station right on the corner.

There is really nothing to dislike, we were in February, I can imagine that in the summer it can get hot in Barcelona, so perhaps a fridge or a mini bar would be nice, but we didn't miss it.

I liked the location, it's a nice 10min walk to Sagrada Familia and the metro is near. Staff is very kind and helpful, always at their service. Room was cleaned every day, the AC was very big plus while outside was heatwave so it was nice and cozy to stay in the room and sleep there.

We thought that the room will be a little more bigger, with more space to put stuff around but overall it was cozy enough for two people.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was great and very close to the bus stop, metro stop and Sagrada Familia, and the room was big and clean, there were many restaurants and cafes around too

- The elevator only goes to the 6th floor and the room was on the 8th floor, so it was not very easy to go up with the luggage, but the reception gentleman carried one of the bags upstairs to help us - The Wi-Fi signal seems fine but the internet speed was relatively slow

The hotel is easily reachable by metro or bus. Our room was modern and had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. The same can be said for the bathroom, although it was slightly less modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I'd come again, because it was good value for money.

Unfortunately we thought we booked a double bed but ended up getting two separate beds. Also, you had to leave the key at the hotel, which was a minor annoyance.

The staff was super friendly and location was great! Only 10 min on foot to the Sagrada Família, close to the metro and buses. There`s also plenty of restaurants close by. We arrived at midnight and we were able to find places to eat.

There's no mini fridge in the room. Barcelona is too hot during summer, so we wanted to put some bottles of water in there.

If you like walking this is the right place for you. The staff was very friendly and will answer all of your questions , 24 hr service . Everything you need is near.

You have to leave your room key at reception desk every time you go outside the hotel. You must tell them if you don't want room service otherwise don't be surprised if cleaners have entered your room

Everything! Bedroom was a decent size with comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was very spacious with an excellent water pressure. Metro station is a 3min walk away and right around the corner there is a lovely coffee shop with fresh sandwiches and croissants. Staff is super friendly and helpful, we really had an excellent stay!
