the flat is very brand new, lots of kitchen appliances were used. we were very happy with the condition of the flat.
the TV should be changed, it was impossible to connect to Netflix or Disney plus or amazon prime, which is bad for someone who does not speak spanish. the shower head wasnt working properly, however we managed to wash ourselves properly the AC wasnt working properly, even though there were portable ACs, the feeling at home was still very dry and hot at night.

The apartment is right next to the beach. It's just a 4 min walk away. The little rambla has such a good range of food. I'm vegan and there were two dedicated vegan restaurants. There are plenty of supermarkets too. The hosts and especially Mario, who was there to greet us, were lovely. Mario talked me through all of the amenities (aircon, oven, dehumidifier, washer and dryer, etc). He send me at least 20 suggestions for things to do and where to eat. He very much went out of his way to make sure my family had what we needed. I was a little confused about where to go to catch the bus from the airport as there were two potential stops, I didn't know where to get the tickets. Mario guided me through WhatsApp to the tickets and the right stop, I sent him pictures of the possibilities and he showed me where I had gone wrong. I could have been there for hours, or lost,without his help. You rarely get people going out of their way like this. I would whole heartedly recommend this apartment. It is small but well designed to accommodate 4 people (probably more as there were 3 double beds and a sofa bed). It has all you need to self cater but it is 2 min from all of the restaurants.

We absolutely loved the location and Mario was great with lots of recommendations where to drink and eat!
As cozy and comfortable as it is, there really isn't any natural light. But then again, we spent most of our time out and about!

Smell to fungy / humidity, not suitable for people with breathing difficulties (e.g. asthma). Too many steps / stairs within the apartment, risky for kids.
