Very nice hotel, clean and modern. Spotless, a bit away from city centre, but next to the metro station and very close to the beach. Staff very friendly - we arrived early in the morning, before check in time, but they accommodated us with additional surcharge, the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean.

The wifi was really bad. We couldn't get a signal at all.

I was staying here for the second time (first one was in 2019) and completely satisfied with choosing to stay here for the secon time. The location is perfect by being close to the beach, shopping mall and to the public transportation stops (metro/trams/buses). It's a very calm and quiet neighbourhood. The room is having almost everything you need for comfortable staying and breakfasts are always fresh and tasty.

There are only few things that can be improved. First one is the quality of the wi-fi, it was quite poor in 2019 and still having poor connection and speed, didn't know that it can be an issue for the hotels with such prices. And another thing that I've missed in the room, was the additional hanger to dry the towel after coming back from the beach averything else is exceptional it will be useful to have a plase to hang it somewhere in the room (it is possible to use the wardrobe doors but they are too high and can be damaged from the wet towels, so it's not a good option).

We went for the half marathon, so the location worked quite well for us, it is on the coast, convenient for the metro. Plenty of restaurants close by. Friendly staff. We had breakfast one morning which was plentiful with good variety. There is also a bakery close by which was excellent value with fantastic coffee and pastries where we had breakfast another morning.

No coffee sachets or milk in the room. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day which wasn’t really a problem but maybe the bins should of been emptied. Maybe an instruction card could be put in the room asking you to hang the towels up if you are happy to use them again or put on the floor if you would like them changing. This is better for the environment and would save money in the current climate.

I liked the location, close to the beach and quite nice area, close to Poblenou and to the park. Nice and friendly staff, good breakfast, and nice rooms. Maybe a bit too cold in the room, and a bit too cold duvet - but I also didn't check if there was a possibility to increase the temperature.

The duvets could have been warmer, the pool a bit bigger.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms, dining area, bar and pool areas were always clean.

We walked into the town everyday. if you aren’t as mobile then the location may be a problem for you, taxi’s into the town we’re roughly 7-15€ . the rooms were lovely but you hear everything, people walking the halls, cases being moved, babies crying, if the rooms were soundproof it would have been miles better. i was woken every morning really early due to noise in the hotel. the pool terrace was nice and clean, but the ladders into the pool and surrounding composite decking could do with slight maintenance as it’s very flimsy and doesn’t give you confidence getting in and out of the pool.

Didn’t have enough towels so you could use pool and shower in room afterwards. (To be fair, it was the hotels towel supplier who had issues). Expensive breakfast (€17 per person). One staff in reception recommended us to take a taxi to Park Guell and buy tickets there, but when we arrived there it was sold out. Wasted 1,5 hrs and approx €40 in taxi fees - with small kids this was very annoying, and the hotel wouldn’t compensate anything for the poor advice. Disappointing!!

We didn't need anything outside of the room/bathroom, and those were fantastic. It's also located wonderfully, only a 7 minute walk to the metro, and surrounded by food areas/stores, and only a 10minute walk to a mall. We got three key cards so we could all have access to the room too. The room had enough plugs for all our electronics, and also had USB plugs.

My bed in particular was weak - I got bruises from the springs in the mattress. I heard from my friends who used the pool that it was smaller than they had expected. Took us a while to get used to the air conditioning system - we didn't realise it worked using the room temperature and how cold it could get (we all asked for blankets since the sheets were so thin).

Breakfast was amazing. Everything you could ask for. Toast, fruit, bread, meat, cereal, pastries, buns, cheese, yoghurt. Amazing. Location is ideal for beach holiday. We went to the beach almost everyday. You can almost see it from hotel that's how close it is. It's about 3-5 minute walk. Rooms were cleaned very well every time. Nice little touches like leaving bamboo toothbrushes, razors, comb, shaving foam, toothpaste and body lotion. Lovely rain shower too.

Only small thing I would have to say is pool is really shallow and quite small. You have to be on your knees to be fully immersed. But then again all you need is somewhere to cool down. There were a few kids around enjoying the pool too. Even if it was a bit deeper the size wouldnt matter. But honestly that's a really small thing and would definitely go back again.

In our opinion, a perfect hotel. Very delicious breakfast, daily room service, no technical problems in the room, many TV channels, hotel very close to the beach. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. Public transport everywhere around the hotel. Also, the hotel was comparatively inexpensive.

Not very close to the city center, but there are busses, underground train and trams near the hotel. Therefore, one can reach the city center within about 20 minutes. The wi-fi connection was not very convenient (we had to log in every evening with the password, that is, it was impossible to stay online).

Its away from the centre in a more family environment. Close to the beach but a 10€ taxi to get to say the port. Facilities are excellent for a very good value price. (Coffee machine, water bottles, shampoo, bubble bath, razor blade and soap plus a toothbrush. What can I say. But if you want.to eat you have to go to the centre apart from some taverns selling basic grub and a restaurant fir trainee upcoming chefs (this was recommended by a local). Oh and there is a pool. Staff friendly and welcoming. Prob will be back as taxi cost is worth the increased costs associated with more central hotels.
