The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The reception staff were really nice and a special mention the Francesca. she was always helpful and smiling when assisting me. The hotel location is not to far from the main attractions that the city has to offer. The Camp Nou is a five minute walk, if you plan on seeing FC Barcelona matches it is a great place to stay at.It is close to 2 metros which bring you to the core of the city in 15 minutes and has some pretty good local bars and restaurants. it also has many groceries stores close by. I will be back here again and highly recommend

there was nothing to dislike about the hotel

The location is close to the Barcelona fútbol "soccer" stadium. It is not too far from the Pedralbes Palace Gardens. I enjoyed my stay as the staff was very friendly and eager to make your stay comfortable. I had a good wifi connection on the hotel wifi which was convenient because I was taking classes for my masters degree and I had work to get done. I enjoyed the breakfast as they had everything that I could need from fruit, jamón, omelet(Spanish tortilla), and various coffees, teas, juice, and various hot drinks. The breakfast staff was amazing as they did everything they could to make my stay feel welcome and relaxing. The pool was nice just a little small but I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere as there were plenty of places to lay out and relax. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. I enjoyed the use of the water spa also. It was a small extra fee but I really enjoyed the privacy within the spa. The receptionist did an exceptional job with helping locate and map out the route that I needed to take to see and do the things that I wanted.

The laundry prices were high but the receptionist was kind enough to look up a nearby laundromat that I could walk to and do my own laundry.

The staff welcomed us greatly at our check-in. Plenty of detailed instructions, polite and gentle (I know it's how you would expect it, but many places are losing this touch, unfortunately). We had to park in the basement and there is a EV-charger. Though it's a bit slow, it was included in the parking fee, which I believe is a fair approach. The room was spacious and very clean. A bit "outdated", but they mentioned on different floors they have more modern rooms. The swimming pool on the roof was amazing to cool down the crazy temperature of these days.

The only "negative" note, is that despite having no-smoking signs all over the hotel, the corridors smelled cigarettes (and not only) way too much, some penalization (and enforcement) could be in place against those who not follow the rules.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel for a couple of days. the prize, the ambiance , the distance from other tourist spots like Sagrada Familia and Park Güell are not too far and metro station is just a walking distance from the hotel. also there are many restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel staff are very accomodating and friendly too. we'll definitely stay here again next time if we will visit barcelona. ❤️

Nestled in a good location, this hotel offers easy access to public transportation, a supermarket, a selection of cafes, and takeaway restaurants. The staff’s friendliness and attentiveness make the experience even more delightful. I would unquestionably choose this hotel for my next visit.

However, it’s worth noting that there isn’t much nightlife around the hotel, so if you’re planning to indulge in the city’s evening activities, be prepared to rely on taxis or public transportation.

Staff was super helpful, room and bathroom cleanliness was just superb, and the breakfast was varied, rich and tasty. The hotel was located in quiet area of the town, but still close to metro and bus stops for an easy transportation access to the city. All-in-all a really great experience at your hotel.

1. Wasn't really accustomed to pay additionally for spa and pool. If I pay for Spa hotel - I expect to use the pool areas free of charge. At least that was my experience with every other spa hotel in the past 5 years. 2. Bed covers were of a strange material that got us sweating each night while we slept. We would wake up every morning completely drenched.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is located outside the city centre, but the 2 metro stations nearby take you to the most important spots in 15 to 30 minutes. It is a residential area, so nice and quiet at night. Supermarket across the street: ideal for drinks or a snack at a fair price. Spacious, very clean room. No real toiletries (this should be changed in the hotel info), but there's a shower gel dispenser and apparently, you can ask stuff at reception. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a but basic for a 4 star hotel, but I had a decent meal in the morning. Mariya's omelets make up for a lot! They are delicious! I did not try the spa or pool, so can't comment on that.

One annoying thing about breakfast: if you travel alone, they often clear your table and throw away the rest of your drinks while you go get something extra from the buffet. The room wasn't busy, so it's weird they'd think I was already gone. I wanted to give this info upon checkout, but the lady was on the phone, so there was no real conversation anymore except 'everything OK'.

The staff were great, the food (breakfast) was fresh and plentiful.. the room cleaners were very helpful and friendly. We both spent a lovely day at the pool, which is small, but has a separate sun deck with lots of sunbeds, towel and tables chairs and sun umbrellas, it was very private too.

I had booked this hotel thinking if was very nearby to a concert venue, which was the reason for the trip, it appeared I got it wrong and the stadium wasn't the one, instead it was about an hours walk from the hotel, so the staff on reception booked us a very reasonably price taxi to take us there. And again the day after, when we needed a taxi for the airport, they helped us again, taking all the stress out of both trips. So though I didn't like where the hotel was, it was easily solved. There was also the city sightseeing bus within pleasant walking distance.

Very nice hotel, much cheaper than others in the city, though also farther from center. Very clean and the rooms were nice, a/c and wifi were perfect, staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, and the restaurant was surprisingly good. The breakfast in the morning was good too--eggs, omelettes, meats, cheeses, veggies, cereals/breads/etc--pretty good spread overall and good quality. Overall a nice hotel.

The location isn't terrible, but it's definitely not in city center, so you will be taking the metro about 25 minutes each time, though there are 2 stops nearby as well as some buses.

I loved my time at this hostel. It was a destination in itself, and a relaxing place to hang out! There’s a rooftop pool, spa, fitness centre and a really convenient cafeteria that’s open from after breakfast to about 11pm - so you can get food and drinks at any time that suits you! There’s also a really good fruit shop across the road, and a supermarket. The staff were exceptionally warm, kind and friendly - genuinely good people and highly professional workers.

It’s obviously quite far from the centre of the action and the beaches but it’s really close to a train station so you can still get around cheaply/easily if you allow for travel time. Note that Ubers come to this property - I waited 20 minutes for one and it cancelled! So taxis are your only option for fast/on-demand travel.
