Exceptionally clean and really nicely decorated property with a lot of thoughtful details. it was incredibly quiet despite being in such a densely populated part of the city, but I think we also got lucky that there weren’t many other guests. they provided a travel cot for our baby which was perfect and communication around this was all very prompt and easy. room was cleaned every day and bed very comfortable…water pressure super good. what else could you want?

the check in process was a little bit onerous and took ages, they sent an obnoxious amount of emails prompting us to scan our documents before we arrived.

Room looks just like the pictures, lovely decoration, bathtub etc., good value for money. Be aware that you have to download an app and check in through that, there is no reception or staff present unless requested. This was all easy to do and hassle-free, would certainly book again and no waiting or queues, but just be aware of it.

Likes how much space I had in my room and also how nice it looked. these things made me feel comfortable and enjoy my stay. The palacete itself was also cool. Easy to get in and out and also to contact them even though you don’t get to see anyone (only the cleaning ladies in the mornings).

There was nothing I disliked about my stay. Had a lamp that was not working and didn’t got it fixed. But one day the water was not to warm and it got fix the day after, with staff being really cordial.

Very comfortable, big and quiet apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Nice patio and common space. Great calm location walking distance up to 20 mins to Sagrada Familia or Park Guell, subway in te near. Gracia district is one of the best to experience local atmosphere of Barcelona.

Online check-in process is complicated, especially on the phone and for more persons (family), please consider to improve. I understand safety etc. but it's far too much now, also comparing to market average. Some furniture elements and wall decoration a little stale and would require renovation or replacement, eg. next to shower.

The building itself is beautiful and immaculately kept. Room 6 was lovely, well-maintained and sizable, with its charming terrace. It had lots of room and was very functional for travelers, with space for cases. The shower was good and the bed, extremely comfortable. The apartment was very clean. My husband doesn’t walk so well and really appreciated the lift. The digital check-in and checkout process was excellent, although it was strange not seeing any staff to welcome us! Saying that, we did have some trouble opening the Keycafe when leaving and the cleaning lady appeared from nowhere and very kindly helped us. Communication from Sonder was good, by email and SMS. We weren’t sure about using the dining area downstairs or whether breakfast was provided, but the emailed instructions suggested it could be used ‘for our dining pleasure’ 😬

The the walls were paper-thin and we could hear other guests: showering, laughing, watching TV etc (!) throughout the night. On the Saturday night, people walking along the street could be heard reveling at all hours. As a result, we experienced two pretty poor nights’ sleep unfortunately. The windows could benefit from double-glazing 😬

Room size and layout, location, cleanliness, privacy and shared courtyard and garden.

Incorrect check-in details provided but were instantly responded to and resolved by Sonder team via WhatsApp. Access to room via steps was difficult with luggage, but not a major concern for us. Online check-in was clunky, and didn’t work. Had to contact team to resolve which defeated the purpose of the process and took extra time.

I loved the room, the setting and the shower was a dream.

When we ran out of facial tissue ,it was not replenished. We were told that it was a business decision not to. When we ran out of toilet paper ,we were told to go look for some in a supply closet. Coffee pods were provided first nights, subsequent nights we were told we had to request them. All seemed a bit stingy given how much we were paying.

Lovely place with a beautiful room and a quiet courtyard. The staff was amazing and very helpful and the location was great, close to cafés, grocery stores and the metro - but the area was very peaceful.

When we arrived the fridge was broken, but within a day they delivered a mini-fridge as a solution. Only annoying thing was that the hot water in the shower went cold (on/off and on/off) continuously.

Great space in the wonderful piece of architecture restored, decorated and equipped with love. Great location in the area hidden from the crowds of tourists but still close to important sites. "No reception" concept makes it feel more like an apartment rather than a hotel. But everyday cleaning service keeps the comfort on the high level.

The unique nature of it, the beds were super-comfy, process was easy, messaging is incredibly simple. Loved the terrace & the bathroom, toiletries are amazing, towels and big, hairdryer is actually useful!

I was a bit disappointed they couldn’t change my feather pillows for hypo-allergenic ones, I’m wildly allergic. But, I also didn’t warn them in advance, to be quite fair, I would do in future.
