Hotel Well and Come

The room we stayed in was really nice. The hotel honored our request for a room away from the lobby, road, and lifts. The bed was extremely comfortable and while the windows were not completely sound proof, they made a big difference in muffling outdoor noises. We really enjoyed our stay here as the location was fantastic. Really great room and stay!

Despite the floors being carpeted, the sound of guests in the hallway opening and closing their doors is extremely loud - so much so that at times you think someone has come into your own room. So I would not say this hotel is completely soundproof. The shower also did not have a ventilation system so you can smell a bit of damp in the shower. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Massive thanks to the staff at Well and Come, especially Camilo and Irati... these two need a pay rise! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were constantly going above and beyond to keep their guests happy. Definitely going to revisit! Highly recommend the 'sex on the beach' and the beers from the roof top bar, they're really cheap but tasted great. The staff were all super helpful with advising us on late night food options after a night out, warning us about pickpockets etc and giving advice on what activities to try. The bed rooms and the rest of the hotel was kept really clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, and the minifridge had a selection of soft drinks and snacks, all on the house! We were also left a free drink token for the bar, which is always a winner! All staff spoke English fluently and made our stay one to remember!

The only downside to the trip is that we didn't stay longer! Barcelona is an incredible city and we will 100% be back next year to do it all over again! :)

Attention to detail. Little extras that make the stay feel very special. Breakfast buffet is worth every penny. Great variety including cava, coffee, fruit, pastries, salad, meat, etc. Friendly staff, who remember my name (Luca?)! Rooftop pool was a huge bonus, great place to come and relax or take a swim in the heat. Our room was perfect, lots of lighting options and view from balcony to the street was beautiful.

Only feedback that would make it a bit better would be have something in the middle to support the double bed, as it's two single beds pushed together. The beds kept moving a part and we often were sinking down the middle.

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Location is great - very central Rooms are comfortable and clean Good breakfast options

Gym facilities are limited and space is quite small. Wifi connections was inconsistent in the room, I was unable to complete full work calls as a result.

A little away from the main tourist areas, but this meant that it was quieter, and there are some nice places to eat nearby that are not mobbed. The room and the public parts of the hotel were comfortable and calm. It was lovely to have the rooftop terrace too. The staff were very helpful and friendly, both before arrival when I wanted to clarify things, and while we we there.

The pool was a little disappointing. if there was already someone in it, it felt too small to join them.

Fantastic location, walkable to great restaurants and many visitor destinations (Sagrada Familia, Gothic Quarter etc) and metro nearby. Reception staff were super helpful with booking some activities. Cute rooftop pool for hot afternoon breaks for the kids.

Room maintenance could be improved. Shower doors leaked (doors didn't close tight) and the cable of a side lamp in the room was clearly damaged (wires had come clean off the plug). We didn't use the lamp and didn't call it in but would be very obvious to housekeeping or other inspection of the room.

Hotel Well and come is a great hotel located beautiful in Eixample and at a walking distance to most places, the rooms were clean with enough space to move around and a full length mirror. The staff were very helpful and friendly and their magerieta pizza is amazing, we had this on arrival at the rooftop bar.

Operating the shower was not easy, it's very complex to switch water from the handheld shower to the overhead shower; also the shower had no door and since the shower on switch when fully on, this meant that we always made an outside splash which made the place messy.

Amenities, modern feel, close to metro.

Only thing I had an issue with was air condition in the room. A/C was working, but not in a capacity to where it keeps the room cool enough on its own, especially during summer days. I had to borrow a fan from front desk to help circulate air in the room. The fan actually worked, but you also have to remember to put a card in the slot that keeps the electricity running at all times (especially to keep the A/C running when you’re not in the room.) if you leave the room, and forget to put the card (any kind of card that looks like a credit card) in the slot, when you return, the room will be sweltering hot.

Room was adequate for our needs- 3 staying a little cramped. Bathroom was excellent. Loved the Location was perfect to see all Barcelona sights - 10 mins walk to Sagrada Familia. Nice restaurants close by - La Pepita definitely worth a visit Provided free snacks and drinks in room daily (did not expect this, a nice surprise) Welcome drinks on arrival Would come back to this hotel again

I liked the location and all the staff was very welcoming and nice

We had a room on floor 1 and it was on a corridor open to reception so we could hear the background music all day long. For a long stay it can be bothering. Also the wi-fi wasn't working well at all, on and off all the time. Quite a problem for working times. The cleaning was ok however they always forgot something (the tea cups were not cleaned or the free bottle of water wasn't replaced, nor the coffee cups). Small details but annoying.
