Sercotel Hotel Rosellon

We booked because of the roof top bar and to be honest it's flipping amazing. We thought our room was a good size. We were lucky enough to have the most amazing view. Little touches in bathroom like toothbrush & toothpaste (why do we always forget?) Location was good with metro & bus stops very close. Lots of places to eat close by too.

Real shame no one English speaking channel on TV. (Not that we used it!) We received free water in the room on the first day then never again. The bathroom had an annoying squeaky door.

looftop bar was incredible. Of course the view was fatastic, but the best is thier service quality. When a baby was crying, they brought an orange juice to make her happy. I thought it also helped other guest to become kind to the family with a baby. It was the actual professional service.

Its better if slippers were prepared in the room.

close to the f basilica segrada familia with views from our room .. staff where friendly and could speak some english.. short 11 min trip from Barcelona Sant train station roof top terrace was amazing

room a little small , I v not able to change to English sub titles, breakfast a little late, bar at ground floor only serves plastic not glass . we had some someone come into our room early hours of morning, open the door and shut again ???

Great location, some 200 m from Sagrada Família and metro. Easy to get from the airport to the hotel. Very good breakfast. Excellent and kind staff at the reception. They stored or luggage before we could check-in.

Location, fantastic rooftop bar with an amazing view of Sagrada Familia, free car park and comfy room.

Disappointed with the room as I had asked for a double room and got a twin. Small room for a deluxe and City view just meant adjacent apartments. No tea and coffee facilities and mini bar just had 2 cartons of water albeit complimentary.

The view from the rooftop was perfect. A quiet and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A good selection of food and drink for breakfast, very clean, bright and spacious restaurant with a lovely window view of the La Sagrada Familia…a perfect way to start the day!

The bad smell of drains that wafted through the hotel entrance every time the doors opened wasn’t pleasant but this is nothing of the hotels fault I’m sure. Cleaning staff let themselves into our room on an afternoon when we were in the room, the door sign wasn’t on the door however house keeping was done on a morning so was no need for them to enter the room on an afternoon.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel although it was a short one, the roof top restaurant is amazing, you can enjoy a very delicious meal while enjoying the wonderful view of La Sagrada Familia. The hotel location is great with nearby access to the tourist buses. Breakfast is served until 11 am which is great if you don't want to wake up early. Breakfast menu is well diversified without excess. The check-in was a charm, hassle-free and quick, the reception was very cheerful, accommodating and helpful in explaining where to go and what to do, he spoke very good English, you will get a good vibes just by checking in. This is definitely the hotel to stay when we visit Barcelona again.

The plumbing! The shower water could not make its mind if it should be cold or hot, it keeps on switching between both which was not very comfortable, however it didn't bother us much, it is something the maintenance should look into as it may cause some injuries specially for small children.

The staff was very responsive and went beyond and above to make our stay better! We were celebrating our engagement and had a wonderful time! The location is 10/10! Not only you can admire the amazing La Sagrada Familia from some of the hotel rooms, but you can easily get to any part of the city with the metro which is really close by. There are a few very good restaurants near by too! The room was specious and the bed very comfortable. There is a rooftop bar in the hotel, but sadly we didn't have the chance to try it. It was highly recommended though, so give it a try if you have the time!

Location was excellent. Everything we needed was within easy reach. Roof top terrace was amazing with the view. Rooms were a good size, very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Bar staff at the terrace were not friendly or helpful in the main. They were not very welcoming. Desk staff were helpful but I would have expected more help about getting around Barcelona and local services. Having said that they were all helpful when asked any questions and far more welcoming than the bar staff at the terrace.

The location (right face Sagrada Familia) is one of a kind. The view itself worth 20 Euro in my opinion.

Room is small, shower temperature unstable, no kettle/iron/coffee/tea, bed is not very comfortable, staff are not super friendly (probably too busy). I would still recommend to book (the view is EVERYTHING!), but get prepared for these things.
