The location is great.

There is no way to get into the hotel unless someone else opens the door for you, and the front desk is actually on the 1st floor (2nd level). The staff should give first time guests the door code ahead of time so they don’t get stuck outside the building. We tried calling the front desk for access and no one picked up.

AC was a bit off the first two days. Was not cooling well.

Although the room was basic, it was big enough for 2, the location was perfect! We didn't have breafast there as we like to explore. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the toilet which was dealt with, within 24 as promised, staff (only one) she did everything and worked so hard she was very good.

The little fridge in the room was great to have but noisy only because I'm not used to it but i slept ok.

Good location, clean and AC worked really well. Bed was comfy. Large shower. Close to lots of restaurants and tourist locations.

Walls are paper thin, can hear everything in other room and hallway. Also, we didn’t expect breakfast with our stay but then there was a sign when we arrived saying breakfast was every day and the were some fresh croissants and fruit left out in the common room, so we thought that was a pleasant surprise. But then we went to have breakfast the next day and there were just some sad packet muffins and rancid UHT milk. It was like that for the rest of our stay. Just disappointing and confusing. If you’re going to do it, do it properly and consistently.

Glorious find! The location is perfect surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafes but not overly touristy. The room was super clean and loved the fact we could open the window and overlook the street below. The shower was great - big and fab water pressure. The coffee machine was just outside the door in the common area. Hotel very quiet - hardly heard other guests and there were no sounds from the plumbing (as happens a lot in other places). Loved the fact that we had the code for the front door and just collected the key from a box in the lobby - admittedly I was a bit concerned about this, but it went super smoothly and, in covid-times, was a great compromise. The bed was very comfortable, too! Always a bonus. Would certainly stay here again.

Description said there were would be a coffee machine in the room but there wasn't – just the cups and coffee pods. Not a big deal as machine was just outside the door. Did not affect our enjoyment at all... If you just want a comfortable, safe, clean and friendly place to stay, this is it.

We liked everything in this hotel. Very nice room and clean. We met the people who run the hotel and they were very friendly. Also, the biggest thing that we liked was the location. Possibly the best area in Barcelona. We had everything outside the door (coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket), and it was VERY safe. We never felt any danger. Very close was the Metro and a lot of bus stations. And few minutes walk to Casa Mila. We definitely recommend LeMar Boutique. If we ever return to Barcelona, we will stay here again.

The only thing that we didn't like was the elevator/lift. Was very small and we couldn't fit inside the pushchair, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. And definitely that didn't make any big difference in our stay in Barcelona.

Location is perfect, one of the best in Barcelona. Room was clean, nice and bathroom as well.

Breakfast could be better but you will not stay hungry 🙂

The hotel was perfect for us. It was very clean - cleaning services every day. Comfortable and spacious. The room was bigger than we expected, especially the bathroom. There was a safe and a fridge. The location was absolutely perfect. Very safe to walk day and night - we were two females and we felt very safe and comfortable. A lot of great restaurants near by and all of the attractions within walking distance. We definitely recommend especially for female travelers and couples .

The room was spacious, clean, great location. Very nice breakfast served daily along with daily housekeeping.

Very nice accomodation in a very good location close to metro and public buses, to easily explore Barcelona. The area very nice with a lot of restaraunts to chill out or have a evening tapas and drink, the shops in the area as well. Close to main attractions by foot. I also like the fact that during the whole day you can grab some snack in dining area in the hotel or a coffee. Breakfast ok!

Well everything was ok. I would like to have the option of late check out for the room, for a certain fee upon availability of course, since when you are travelling with the family it is more convenient to rest a bit before the flight.
