the location is good and convenient. all facilities are clean and comfortable. staff are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is really beautiful - set off the busy, hot pavement from a stone’s throw from all the expensive shops and you step into a serene, comfortable and welcoming lobby area with beautiful, squishy sofas. All staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable about the sights to see. The breakfast was a vast range of absolutely delicious food - staff in the breakfast bar were excellent - welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, calming with the lovely concrete style decor. The pool and terrace were great too. Everything about our stay was absolutely superb. If we come to Barcelona again, I would stay here again.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast with plenty of choice. The location was only a short walk to Las Ramblas and a main shopping area, though in a quieter side street. We needed Covid test certificates for our Cruise and there was a Pharmacy which did this straight across the road from Hotel, so took away a lot of the stress in arranging this.

Although lots of nearby Restaurants and cafe's, the hotel's own Restaurant was closed for a month, due to , we were told Staff Holiday's, so only a basic food service was available, out with breakfast, It would have been nice to have eaten there, but as I said, good location so this was easily overcome.

Not a great choice of menu for evening meal. However my adult son did say he had the best steak in our whole stay in Spain. Couldn't find anything on TV for relaxing at bedtime. Other hotels we visited it was easy to change language back to English on the American shows

The location was perfect and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Modern bathrooms with very nice showers. Beds were comfortable, if a little firm. But overall, it was a nice room to come back to after a long day in town.

The room was very dark with a small window and not much lighting. It was not possible to adjust our thermostat so the room became warm at night, and with the window facing the street it was too noisy to keep it open at night. Would also be nice to have a Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee.

Great location with easy access to all I wanted to see. Located in a great neighborhood - around the corner from Casa Batlló, steps from Las Ramblas, La Boqueria; access to the metro - though I walked everywhere. Kind staff, whom after issues with my flight, kindly found me a room early, allowing me to rest - so appreciative!

Room, bed, breakfast, location, aircon, shower, cleanliness all excellent

Car park garage was convenient but also very tight, even with a small car (we had a Citroen C3) we managed to slightly scuff the wall on the way out. TV smart functions did not work.

The staff were very friendly and helped navigate some of the new covid related travel requirements. The room was comfortable and had good facilities. The outdoor terrace with pool was just what you need. The location was superb with lots of restaraunts, shops, attractions etc right on the doorstep.

The bedroom walls are thin (you could hear the next room’s tv as though it is playing in your own room). Although the reception staff were very helpful and did not hesitate to try to assist when I told them about this issue.

The staff were all fantastic. So pleasant and so helpful. Our son lost his phone and they traced it and it was returned to us.

Our initial room was dark and very small but we were moved to another very nice room.

Perfect lication! Very clean rooms, well decorated. Conciere is very helpful and gives good suggestions on places to go and eat. Ruben was great and made the difference!
