Stay was good and enjoyed

Bag stolen from room .that hated the most what happened. Very disappointed for that. Rest staff stays was really good .

great club lounge. good value. comfortable bed. nice view from room. quirky architecture. massive screen in lobby. 20 mins in a cab to centre of Barcelona - or on metro. cabs always available at hotel. metro also efficient. 10 minutes from airport.

it advertises tennis courts. the hotel has NO tennis courts at all. the healthclub next door has NO “normal” tennis courts - it has 2 padel courts and if you’re under 18 you can’t enter the healthclub at all. selection said there are tennis courts in the municipal sports centre ten minutes walk away. there are NO tennis courts there either. also no swimming pool for under 18s - only the one in the healthclub next door for adults.

Room Size: Excellent Room Layout: This hotel room boasts the best layout I've encountered. Upon entering, the bathroom is prominently positioned, followed by a room enclosed by a glass door, creating a distinct separation from the corridor. Bathroom Features: The bathroom offers a separate enclosed shower, a separate enclosed toilet, two sinks, and a makeup mirror, presenting an impeccably designed space. Lines: Good quality View from the room: Spectacular, but unfortunately the windows were very dirty.

The mattress was extremely firm, making it difficult for us to sleep for two consecutive days. When I requested a topper from the housekeeper, I was informed that none were available and no action could be taken. Subsequently, I approached the concierge, who promptly arranged for a topper on the same day. We enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep with the topper, although it was only provided for one night. The location is somewhat distant from the city, requiring a five-minute walk to reach the metro, which was manageable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful at the hotel and other facilities, we had a Business Partner- dinner at the Restaurant Terrum and the service was excellent! The staff was excellent, they really made our night a success! Our special thanks and warm wishes to Carlos, who served us at the bar located to lobby area, he is a true gem, we remember his Passion Mojito's and friendly attitude, hope he will be there when we come next time! Also Eva in the breakfast buffet, she truly is a ray of sunshine! Thank you!

Top bedroom

No free shuttle to and from the airport (had to pay 25 euros taxi each way). No breakfast room service is unacceptable in a 5* hotel

The professionalism of the staff, most especially - Marielle (I hope I did not misspell her name), was very excellent. There were several demanding clients, and I saw how well they were able to resolve the issues. Anything we needed, they were able to assist us to achieve it. We stayed at this Hyatt as tourists and we felt so safe and comfortable. The hotel was clean, and the staff made us feel so welcome. The lounge staff were very attentive, as well. This hotel was very close to the airport (both terminals), and you can easily access the center of the city via taxi, which was always readily available. We truly got "more bang for our buck". This place truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything in this hotel were at the highest level. The personel was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable with many details and facilities. Views from the window of your hotel room are breathtaking. The building itself is beautiful, especially at the night. The Skyfall Club at 29th floor is marvelous and the scenery of the city from there is amazing. All in all, I recommend this hotel to everyone even the most demanding people.

The only one disadvantage is that the center of Barcelona is pretty far away, but you can get there easily with metro which is 3 minutes by walk from the hotel.

This has not long been a Hyatt property; nearly all taxi drivers were confused when we asked for the Hyatt Regency Barcelona tower, but when we learned that it used to be called Hesperia Tower, no one had trouble finding the hotel. Though not very exciting from the outside, the inside of the hotel was spacious and modern, and the rooms were sleek and comfortable, very quiet. Views towards the ocean and Barcelona were nice. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in a European hotel, with many options for every appetite. Most importantly, the staff was helpful and friendly, and made me feel like a valued guest.

Though only a little over a mile from the Fira Gran Via convention center, public transportation was not great; taking the metro would have required a line change and the front desk staff wrinkled their nose at the possibility of taking the bus. A good walking path was not obvious as the hotel is located on a frontage road for a pretty major expressway into the city. So we were dependent on taxis, unfortunately, to get to/from the convention center. And taxis were not always readily available at the hotel. Otherwise this would be a good location for anyone not wanting to be in the city center and within easy reach of the airport.

Thanks to Miss Iman for welcoming us and treating us well, and I thank her very much . Even the lady in the restaurant was working hard, the hotel close to airport , clean and nice .

There is a young woman at the reception who said that you cannot enter the room until three o'clock in the afternoon, even if it was 10 minutes before that, and when three o'clock came, she left her work and went.

I loved everything about it from the beautiful waterfall and see through floor to the room king size bed and big bathroom with 2 sinks and mirrors all around and so clean and the mini bar was wonderful and room service and the restaurant and first time ever having glass tomato bread and the brunch was amazing I just can't say enough about the hotel and if I ever come back to Barcelona spain I will definitely stay here! And shout out to Heidi at the front desk amazing!
