Great location and facilities. The staff team was extraordinary 🙂

It would be great if the menu would have more vegetarian options.

Variety of breakfast options. Eating area was large yet cozy, good for visiting as private room space was minimal (but large enough for two); soft surfaces created a good environment for conversation, never a rush for us to move on. Nice to see a range of ages in the communal areas, on the whole a positive vibe. The reception and kitchen staff were amenable to personal requests. It was warm in Stockholm during our stay but window opening was possible and a floor fan was set up in the room before our arrival. In all it was a relaxing and very comfortable space.

Lack of washcloths/facecloths (perhaps this is not customary in N. Europe? and on the other hand, I did not ask for them). Weight of duvets was a bit much for warm summer weather (on the other hand I did not request lighter bedding!).

The room was large and the aircon worked well. The staff could simply not have been more friendly or helpful. There is 'fika' at 3pm in the afternoon - a free snack of homemade cake/biscuits - and unlimited coffee of a very good quality. The breakfast was also great, and the evening meal also extremely good.

NO ENGLISH-SPEAKING NEWS CHANNEL! There was a major crisis with a possible change of regime in Russia, and we couldn't watch anything on TV. No BBC/Sky/Aljazeera/CNN.....nothing at all in English. The same is true of the other Clarion Hotel: the Amaranten, where we also stayed. This would be enough to stop me going another time. The staff could offer no explanation for this.

Superb location, quite and calm near to metro station or even walk to the town. We mainly used electric Scooters. Great breakfast fresh and many options. Dinner also included which was super tasty and always sided salads and soup. Also loved their fika and that you can always have fresh still water or tea coffee! The staff is unique, super friendly (as all Swedish people) Maria from the reception is fantastic❤️ The room is also nice and clean. In general we felt like home and we will come back for sure.

The only thing we would suggest is fridge in the room

Really nice, quiet hotel with lovely staff. Comfy beds and nice shower. Lounge area and outdoor seating nice. The food was really excellent - fantastic breakfast selection, good coffee on tap all day. The evening meal was also excellent - a small but very good quality selection. This was a nice quiet hotel and it is close to public transport.

It is in the middle of a residential area and there are no bars or restaurants very close by. However, you trade this off for a quiet location and a very nice, relaxed hotel.

We love everything about this hotel! The staff was generously kind, accommodating and helpful. Big shout out to Maria, Susanna and others! The room size was adequate and the beds were comfy. Don't get me started on breakfast and dinner. What a spread! There's something for everyone and we always look forward to our morning buffet. We weren't always there for fika but if we were, we had everything from a simple pastry to panna cotta. The dinner buffet menu changes daily and it's hearty and delicious. There's always soup and at least two salads but the main courses is the highlight with such options as pulled pork, crispy cod, nasi goreng, köttbullar etc, with sides. The half-board arrangement is the best deal in town. This will be our go-to hotel in Stockholm. Thank you for everything!

I stayed at Tapto Clarion while working remotely in the evenings, and the breakfast, afternoon fika, and dinner were all perfect for supporting my remote work needs -- also the wifi worked great! The neighborhood is peaceful and interesting, there is also a full grocery store right next to the hotel. I rented one of the City Bikes and explored Stockholm during the day before my work started. I cannot wait to return for another visit! Even after I left, the experience was wonderful: I accidentally left an item of sentimental value at the hotel, and realized it on the way to the airport. Before I boarded my flight home, the kind staff member working at the time had not only responded to my email inquiry, but placed the item in the mail for me. I was touched and grateful.

The room was good in size, there was even a small sitting area with some nice furniture. It was quiet, pretty and clean everywhere in the hotel. The afternoon tea was enjoyable, and the breakfast was lovely, but the included dinner left a bit to hope for (especially the vegetarian option). Staff was welcoming and smiling and happy to help. We really liked the sauna, it was a proper one, thank you for that. There is a grocery store right around the corner if one wishes to have an extra snack while staying in. The check in and out times are generous.

The vegetarian dinner was just a simple hash, mostly just oily, cubed potatoes, felt like a frozen food thrown on a pan. Otherwise everything met our expectations.

The hotel includes buffet breakfast and dinner, which was very convenient when travelling for work. Also, free afternoon tea for guests was a lovely welcome after check-in. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had a wide range. Quality of food at dinner was good. Nice sauna facility.

I would have liked more variety at the hotel buffet dinner. There was a range of salads, but basically only one option was the main component. Bathrooms were clean but a bit dated.

The bathroom facilities were absolutely superb. The check in staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Room was clean and comfortable and the provided fans and windows helped regulate the heatwave perfectly.

The instructions for how to get served during the meal were unclear, and though I'm pretty sure it may have just been a language barrier issue, this is literally the only fault I could pick with the whole experience.
