Crystal Plaza Hotel

The brekfast was very good. The hotel is very well located. It is in the centre with many shops, cafeterias and restaurants around. There is also a library nearby.I think

I think that the room cleaness should be made everyday and not every 3rd day.

I’m from Stockholm and grow up in this area. This hotel has by far one of the best location in the city centre. You have shops, coffee places, take outs, Resto, etc! all just a stone cast away. I love the location. You can use the sauna when you want , just remember that it takes ca 10 minutes for it to warm up, and to book your time slot. The showers are great. The beds are great. It’s quite. Staff are very friendly.

It’s a three star hotel, so please bear that in mind with your breakfast dream. It’s no gourmet breakfast but ok.

breakfast was excellent! We really liked the location of this hotel - it was just 15 min by walk to the most popular places in Stokholm. We appreciate also nice and kind stuff :)

Our bathroom was a little bit too small; sometimes water was leaking from the shower. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was also not working as expected.

Great location, close to lots of areas to walk around and explore. No ice machine but staff was accommodating when I asked for ice, I could ask at the restaurant. Breakfast was good but nothing fancy. Room was small but had everything I needed for my stay.

Even with the elevator, there were stairs to the entrance and stairs to my actual room that was challenging for me with a lot of luggage as a solo traveler. Luckily they had a luggage room they were able to let me use temporarily as I took 2 trips, one for each roller bag. Better than nothing but just barely! Obviously not an issue if you don't have heavy luggage but doesn't seem to be wheelchair friendly. The room was a bit noisy but to be expected in the heart of downtown with everything in walking distance.

I must admit Breakfast has a lot of options from beverage/breads/dressing/jam/butter/coffee/and more. Room >Since I stayed in a single i found it comfortable from for single person. >It has mini closet/ hair dryer/ Electric kettle. >There is a provision to iron your clothes. Location If like walking then Nobel Prize museum/ Glama stan/ Vasa Museume /Stockholm city center are all at walkable distance, If you don't like walking bus facilities are good. Location is prime everything is at walkable distance

Since, the hotel is in the heart of the city you can hear hustle and bustle of the street. Nothing is perfect. I didn't mind it.

The location is great. The staff was friendly and very much willing to be helpful. The initiative "cleaning once in three days" is more than reasonable and is certainly a contribution to environmental protection. The breakfast was without unnecessary fanciness, and waffles for self-making were a real hit. For filter coffee, coffee was unexpectedly good. The room was spacious, with the only drawback being that it was looking to the courtyard and was a little bit too dark, but for central Stockholm, this is probably OK. However, it was very quiet, which was an immense advantage. And the private gym and sauna arrangements nicely complemented the overall impression.

Actually, everything was just fine.

WiFi is almost non existent in the room, very weak

Hotel's position is very good, easily reachable on foot by the central station. Sound insulation is also good, my room had the window facing the main street in front of the building but I had a quiet night. Single bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not exceptional food but the choice was quite varied. Friendly stuff at the reception desk.

The room needed a bit of refurbishment, it was generally clean (except for some hair on the floor) but a bit worn-out (chipped paint on the desk, on the pipes in the bathroom, stained tiles and gaskets in the bathroom). Size on the small-ish side, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights.

The quiet yet centrally located area in an exclusive Ostermalm area where shops and eateries are nearby. Metro station was just a good 5-10 mins walk where the line is 1 stop away from Central Station. This has been my 4th stay to the hotel away from the busy central station. Room was cosy with a balcony facing a rather quiet road that leads to Stureplan gallery mall. Value for money if you are not looking for a 5 star expectation as the hotel itself has a unique and cosy feeling for your stay.

Breakfast spread could be better and do make sure to inform reception for room cleaning on 3rd day as they may miss your room out if they are too busy.

Great location at walkable distance from interesting spots. Good restaurants options around the hotel. The breakfast had many options offered such as fruits, different types of breads, jams, cereals, meats, cheese and so on. Great room for a solo traveler and clean bathroom!

The bed was comfy enough, but there was no air coming through the window which made it hot at night. A little bit noisy in the hallway, as the door did not seem sound proof, but otherwise, it was good.
