Excellent breakfast, central location, spacious rooms. Coffee, tea and water are free on the lobby for 24/7. Located on a shopping street and 5 min walking to the old town (gamla stan) I’d definitely stay here again!

Building is old and classic, which I like, but when someone walks on the corridor, wooden floor moves inside the room and the sound is disturbing. Also, more importantly, cleaning needs to improve. The top of the wardrobe was full of dust. Lastly, it is hard to find receptionists at the desk as they always leave the desk.

The hotel was clean, good storage, nice shower, comfortable bed. Great location, walking distance from most attractions, with restaurants, bars and shops surrounding. Great breakfast selection included.

Outdated hair dryer took a long time to dry hair. Would've been nice to have somewhere to put own shower bottles in the shower. The bathroom tap had no cold water one morning.

It’s about 15 minutes walk from the main station, 5 minutes walk to the shopping street, 2 minutes walk to the bus station. There are many choices at the breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. The room is generally clean. The staff are helpful.

The room which faces the Main Street were very noisy, you can hear the traffic, people talking, walking, etc. The corridor is very narrow, you can easily hear people passing by your room. There are several occasions that make me think that people are standing at my door. The floor in the room is very noisy. it is very basic and old furnishing in the room.

The location is perfect for sightseeing and the staff was always really friendly. The breakfast options were pretty simple, not a lot of options for vegans/gluten intolerant people but overall a really well rounded good continental type offer of foods. The rooms were always really clean and had everything you might need.

The only issue is that the doors to the rooms are ever so slightly raised so you would perfectly hear people in the hallway or in the room in front of you. I was placed in the room that was right next to the entrance onto our floor, so every time people would come in and out and slam the door I would get a bit surprised with how loud it was. Thankfully I was usually so tired from sightseeing that it didn’t matter, but I would advise against staying in the rooms next to the entrance to the floors.

The hotel is in a very good location, near the central station. You can walk to the main sights easily. The staff is very kind, there is 24-hour reception desk. The breakfast is wide variaty and continental, very tasty. If you have to leave earlier, they can prepare breakfast package for take-away. Wifi works well.

The bed is very narrow for 2 people. The whole room is a bit old-fashioned. You can hear the noise from the street even with closed window until late night. There was heating all night, the room was very warm and we couldn't control it.

Overall a great experience. We loved the historic building. The preserved elevator is so charming. The location is perfect, so close to Stockholm Central, in the main shopping district. The rooms were huge, very tidy and functional. A big plus that there were no carpets in the rooms, which usually are super dirty.

Because it is an old building there are details that might not make everyone happy. Like the noise cancellation in the rooms is not the top notch of modern ones, still a decent one. Also, the breakfast could be a bit better.

Nice central location with plenty of nice restaurants just around the corner. Friendly staff. Clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good; not a whole lot of options but everything that was there was good quality and restocked often.

This summer was unusually hot and dry throughout Europe and therefore Stockholm so the room was quite warm. The building was not built with these hot summers in mind. The lack of AC meant we kept the provided fan running at night which for some might not be comfortable. Keeping the windows open at night for ventilation is not really an option because of the noise in the busy city center.

This is an older building with a lot of the classic touches: high ceilings, gently-sloping staircases, &c. The breakfast is excellent and the bed wonderfully comfortable, and it couldn't possibly be more conveniently located!

The bathroom sink had no means of plugging the drain, which meant I couldn't wash things out as I like to do (I travel light). When I asked about a plug, the front desk was stymied; they sent a message somewhere, but I never received a reply, which was disappointing.

I'm arrived by night, and the night shift receptionists were so friendly and helpful, giving me all the information and advices when I asked. The breakfast was very good, not so many sweet options but I always find lots of tasty food, sweet and not; A various types of drinks. The room was always clean and I was able to manage the temperature inside.

The only thing I've been really upset with, was the light system in my room, it switched off if you didn't move for a few seconds and lots of times it didn't turn on if I moved just later. There were also air conditioning noises that came from the outside.

The hotel and staff were very family friendly - they provided us with a cot and helped us with extra needs for our baby (e.g. a pot of hot milk to prepare his dinner). The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main pedestrian area, close to a metro station, not too far from central station. Breakfast was fine, though the breakfast room was a little small and quite packed at some times.

The hotel room itself could've been a little cleaner - there was quite a bit of dust under the beds and I found a sock under the radiator.
