Hotel COZZI Zhongxiao Taipei

Location was very central, can reach attractions within a few metro stops. Ideal for people who want to be near the buzzing areas but stay at a quieter spot at night. Rooms were modern and tastefully decorated, very comfortable for my 5 night stay. The daily hotel room cleaning was done very meticulously. Breakfast had a good blend of western and local options, and the dishes changes every day so you won't get bored of it. Upon check-out, told reception that I found the pillows too soft and they shared that they actually have various pillows options which you can request for if you don't like what you are given (tip!). Will stay here again if I come back to Taipei! :)

Location is great, right next to the train station. There are several 7-Elevens nearby, and the hotel breakfast was quite good. They served a variety of cuisines and rotated menu items the entire time. Rooms were a great size for two friends, beds were large enough. Thoughtful amount of amenities, and the shower pressure was perfect. Staff were really kind and polite. Able to leave luggage with the front desk and come back for it later.

Beds were quite hard, didn’t feel like normal hotel beds. Elevators were slow. We asked for extra towels and was told we can only have 2 unless they get dirtied and then they can provide fresh towels - I thought that was kind of ridiculous. Our “view” was the brick wall of the building next door.

Great city hotel - we have stayed at the Minsheng COZZI as well and think both are fantastic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, water pressure is excellent. They provided a new baby cot and amenities and room was serviced and cleaned each day. Breakfast selection is great - different each day with plenty of options. The lounge on the 2nd floor was helpful as well as it is open all day. Lots of convenience stores nearby as well as a supermarket. Right next to the MRT and walking distance to the Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again! Our room had a street view (which kept our toddler busy) with good soundproofing. Our friends stayed in an interior-facing room with no view - make sure you request a street view.

A new hotel with good facilities, location and the staff was really friendly and helpful. One of the best point was, the breakfasts menu was changed everyday, not to mention it was quite nice and tasty.

The room’s window was facing towards another building even though i booked a room with city view. I purposely chose a city view so that my toddler can enjoy the city view while staying there.

Exceptional service at the reception counter. Super smart and helpful lady at the reception helped me call a souvenir snack shop in another county to find out where I can buy the souvenir in Taipei city. Very comfy bed and cozy room. Clean and tidy as always. 10 meters or so from subway station. Second time to this hotel. Will come again.

Hotel was very well located, close to subway station. Staff nice and helpful, always solved any of our issues. Room well equipped with everything we needed for stay, bed was enormous and comfy. Breakfast was quite nice, I was able to pick each morning something different.

My only issues were with the sink in bathroom - very odd placement and shape, it was impossible not to flood half of bathroom during washing my hands.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Cozzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A good size room, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast spread was good! The Metro station was just across the street. There is a 7-11 store and Starbucks right below! Would stay here again if we ever go back to Taipei!

Taiwan MRT right at the corner, very easy to get to your destination. Restaurants, shopping centers, tourist attractions all very easy to get there. 7-11 convenience stores, supermarkets are very nearby.

We stayed at 4th floor, at night when we back to hotel laid down on our bed we can felt MRT trains passing by, but not too bad.

Location was very close to a metro station and just a stop away from the Taipei Main Station. There were several convenient stores nearby too, and Fu Hang Doujiang is just across the street! Clean rooms, comfortably firm bed and pillows. Air conditioning worked well, and all facilities were functioning properly.

Not a big issue at all, but an addition of a coin laundry service would have been perfect!
