Royal Inn Taipei Linsen - Huashan 1914 Creative Park

Clean and comfortable beds and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. We needed to shift from one room to another during our stay, and they arranged for the second room to be available without any gap, although they were two separate bookings. The "family room" has a great shower. The shower and the toilet are each in a separate "stall" with the sink in an open area opposite so they can be used at the same time, which turned out to matter more often than I might have expected. It's worth noting that the sink area doesn't have a door or curtain, so there isn't a lot of privacy for that space. Zhongshan is in the center of the city, so everything is reachable, and both the green and red lines come to that metro. The metro stop is a ten minute walk, which could feel long-ish in the heat; the Nanjing & Linsen intersection bus stop was notably closer, and there's a stop on Linsen road for other routes as well. Breakfast was convenient and included a mix of western and Taiwanese dishes. The laundry machines on site were a welcome amenity as well.

i was not aware that it was a red light district. just the same area was safe. also, front desk called at 1130pm to discuss matters that can be postponed the following day. i was already sleeping the time they called.

staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr. Danny the front reception staff who help me with my transport inquiry. The room is clean and housekeeping provides good service.

breakfast good, good to have air purifier.

pillow too big, high humidity with air conditioning on. must use air purifier with de-humidity machine. few hours can get full bucket of water from de-humidity machine. elavator carpet very dirty, seems no one cleaning.

The reception is on the 4th floor not ground floor which means great privacy I can take the elevator and get directly in the room. The room is very spacious for Taipei hotel standard. It has a huge window as well. The bathroom is huge. The rrom is very clean.

we checked-in on 3.28.2023 the receptionist warmly welcomed us and handed me a specialty treat of Taipei because it was my birthday. our room has a view of Taipei 101. with the layout of the hotel rooms, not all rooms has a view of the building.

The service of the hotel is wonderful and the room is cleaned all the time. Breakfast is great and multiple styles of food can be served at once

nothing . the entrance is a bit strange and it feels like it is not the best UNTIL you get to your great room .
