Room is extremely spacious, location is great too, walking distance to Xinyi business district where many malls located.

1. Found some body hair in the bath tub, can improve cleanliness of the bathroom facilities. 2. The kitchen may be a bit understaffed, they were out of smoked salmon so I asked for more, however, they never made the refill. The efficiency is so impressive for a buffet breakfast. 3. Some part of the wall is tainted with watermark, as if it was flooded some time earlier, not so appealing if you give the room a closer inspection

Very beautiful hotel with very comfortable living space and bathroom. The staff were very professional and helpful.

The exit sign by the entrance of our room was too strong so it made it difficult to sleep, as it was on the inside of the room and about as strong as the flashlight function of a phone. It was possible to turn off but we needed tape for that and it is perhaps not the safest option. If it is possible to lower the strength of the light, it would be a more comfortable sleeping experience.

Hotel in a good location with a short walk to the nearest MRT Station. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I had an issue with my Credit Card being blocked and they were extremely helpful in allowing me use their phone in reception to make contact with Bank. Room was large with a very comfortable bed. AC excellent and a very nice Jacuzzi Bath. Shower was very good. Wi-Fi also worked well.

I like this hotel, because is good located, near 2 subway stations, near building 101. A lot of shops, caffee inc. Sturbucks, 7_11 and others small, but fancy places. Teh brekfast was good, specially fruits. Very nice service, friendly and helpful. Quite close to Breeze Shopping Mall.

I would add to menu more egs-dishes like omelet, and more western food: cheese, other bread or baguttes and ham. Maybe more salads and fresh juice. Non only cherry tomatos:) Can preapare too some food for children like pancakes. it's a pity that there is no cook who fries eggs or prepares waffles.

The Service and the food was wonderful. The staff spoke English and was very helpful and polite. The room was cleaned each day and the hot tub was very enjoyable. The shower was also excellent with good water pressure and good water temperature coming through the fancy shower head. Really Enjoyed the Lobby and the fact you can have good coffee or cappuccino whenever you want.

No heat in the room. There was a thermostat but it did not seem to function when we turned it to heat. So it was a bit cold not too terrible.

Spacious room annd great facilities. Location is central to everything and train is very accessible being walking distance. Close to a lot of convenience stores which are helpful for tourists.

No negative experience with the staff but they were just doing bare minimum. they were professional and doing their job. Didnt feel the warmth is probably what Im trying to say.

The staff was helpful and friendly, 10 minutes walk from pearson vue. The buffet breakfast was really nice and I really love the unli coffee helped which help me get through with my exam btw and save me a lot of money because starbucks is just few steps away. Overall the place is highly recommended.

location is great, room is old but clean, bed is large and has a hard mattress which was great for us, overall pretty good and comfy place

bathroom needs a bit of renovating, the toilet only flushed once every half hour, in the sink the water goes down very slow and the shower door lets water out every time you shower making the whole bathroom wet

Great location, big room, comfy bed and nice tea with the tea pot and desk.

WiFi is extremely slow, it's almost not possible to work on laptop.
