Best Western Sukhumvit 20

Location is great. Short walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Plenty of eating options near the hotel (check out Masala Express for really great Indian food , Somboon Seafood also great.) Hotel is basic but very clean. We’ve stayed here before and it’s good value for money.

Nice and decent hotel. Very close to the hotel. The staff are decent and helpful. Breakfast has varieties which is always great!

The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is helpful. The location is fine, near several bars, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. The metro line is not far away. The Royal Complex area and Khao San though, if you want to visit them, are not near: 45 minutes away by taxi. The wifi was okay, and there is a table to use your laptop.

The lights are all very dim, apart from, for mysterious reasons, the light inside the cupboard. The rooftop bar is closed due to the low number of tourists.

I was very disappointed as everything was just perfect except that there’s no laundry service. I had to use a local laundry service establishment that didn’t do a very good job. I really hope the management of this hotel take note of my comments and use positive action.

The Hotel is centrally located in the centre of Bangkok. It was easy to get anywhere. Hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff was very nice and very welcoming.

There were cockroaches found in our room. Dead though. And the room didnt have balcony. Thats all. Rest is ok.

I stay here when I need a hotel to register me for the TM30 for renewing my visa. The staff here is comfortable with doing that, whereas some other hotels have no idea what it is. Anyway, it's a nice hotel overall, although nothing remarkable. Good location, good wifi, good air conditioning, clean and modern enough. No big problems.

around plenty of restaurants all within walking distance, and the terminal mall.

I had a suite delivered to me the day before I checked out , but was never informed. And the next day during checkout still nobody said anything about a delivery for me leading me to leave without it. after going back to the shop then the hotel I tracked it down.

The location is great everything is walking distance. Rooms are spacious, clean, and nice. Staff is great there very friendly and always make sure your ok. My only complaint is that facilitates were lacking other than that it is great!

Room was very spacious. Toilet was clean and minimal. Bed was super comfy.

The shower heater was alternating between hot and cold water. The temperature difference wasn't too extreme but it can be annoying. Aircond was too cold even at its lowest fan speed setting. It kept resetting the temperature to 19 degrees.

Cleanliness was impeccable, service was outstanding, staff were friendly and courteous. Location was tremendous, outdoor area was nice and green.
