I really liked the location and the room itself. Properly furnished and well lit. The best part about the hotel was the staff especially Mr Fluke and Mr. M. I had a mobile issue and Mr Fluke was kind and patient enough not only to guide me where I can get it fixed from but also helped me in sorting out the problem in no time. Extremely efficient and cooperative staff. I am really glad I chose this hotel for my stay and will be doing so next time too.

we loved our entire stay in bangkok. guest service staff- “Fluke” was the best in his hospitality. he was so kind and helpful during our stay. breakfast was great too however given that there are a lot of Indian guests staying over, it would have been nice to see some more vegetarian/Indian dishes on the spread. great location for affordable spa massages in the block. for any information with regards to city tour, suggest you to contact fluke. he is quite informative and helpful that way.

Convenient location, pillow menu to choose, comfortable bed and strong air con :) Breakfast spread was quite good with ability to order different types of eggs including egg benedict. Staff were quite friendly. Even gave my husband a small cake for his birthday.
Requested for toothbrush on 2nd day but housekeeping didnt bring new toothbrush. Tried to request refill of shampoo and conditioner by scanning QR code but unable to. Had to call front desk to arrange. The app is not very user friendly. Can be improved.

Superb location right in the middle of Sukumvit. Bars and resteraunts close by. The staff were very helpful with transport issues and recommendations. Big spread at breakfast. 2 for 1 cocktails in the Bar.
Lifts were very slow. Lobby all a bit cluttered and small as a first inpression Room was OK without being exceptional. On the smaller side. Rain shower to be avoided as it flooded the bathroom- badly designed. Use the hand shower.

The staffs were very helpful and pleasant. Excellent language skill of the staffs made our communications as smooth as silk. Good location, easy to get to BTS stations, shopping malls and restaurants.
The switches of room lights were confusing, so it took us a while to figure out how we can turn off all the lights for the baby to sleep tight. The room card stopped working 1 day before check-out. It wasn’t a big problem but we still had to update our card at the reception.

No index of tv channels in room. QR-code in room that possibly contained that information did not seem to work. Use of a QR code is no problem for me but I think IHG should be careful with using this high-tech technology because, in particular older people, not everybody is familiar with this level of technology.

Located in a very convenient area. The breakfast buffet spread was very good. All hotel staff we encountered were very helpful and efficient. There is no concierge but one of the front office staff (Mr Chin) was extremely helpful and resourceful in suggesting places of attractions and giving clear bus/ train directions. He also helped organize transportation for a day trip outside of BKK at a very reasonable fee. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Bathroom… didn’t have comb, didn’t provide hair dryer till i called receptionist. Also, after shower the water from shower room went everywhere on the floor which make me fell off when i am in pregnancy 🥲 quite scary. Should have closed space for shower instead.

This hotel is situated right on the main Sukhumvit road and just 5 min walk from two BTS stations. Its very convenient to move around the city if you are staying here. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. If you choose to live on higher floors, you get to admire the city view from a perfect vantage point.
My only complain is that, the shower room has no doors. So when you use the rainfall shower, you seem to splash water throughout the bathroom floor making it wet. The least they can do is install a shower curtain which would be a very convenient and economical solution.
