Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 Thong Lo

The room was very comfortable, clean, beautiful interior. Hotel provides a free of charge TukTuk to reach the nearest subway station, which is not very far by walking as well. Hotel is beautiful and has great facilities. We paid for breakfast separately, and it was very diverse and tasty.

The only thing we did not like was how noisy it was. We stayed at 29th floor and we are not sure where the noise is coming from (sounded like a club). We called reception to ask for ear buds, but they didnt have. I was super surprised to hear so much noise in a room so high up. If you are a light sleeper, that is soemthing to consider.

loved the staff at reception, the housekeepers, and especially the concierge. The gentleman made sure you were well looked after and would go out of their way to translate Thai for me when I got picked up or dropped off from my taxi, motorbike drivers etc. They would always ensure I had the exact address, and let me know how far my destination was etc. The hospitality from all the staff are a credit to the hotel. Makes my stay even more valued as well as comfortable. I’d like to note the refreshments at the front were a nice touch, and perfect especially for the humid weather. View from pool/gym is so tranquil & picturesque, especially catching the Night & Morning Sky’s. Very cool. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you

The location is perfect very central helps so much with being in close proximity to the train station/transport especially if you intend to go out a lot and having a shopping mall beneath/besides you was just so handy. The concierge were so fantastic. They were very hospitable, and would translate Thai to taxi and motorbike drivers etc for me to ensure I was got to my correct destination safely etc They were humorous this helped lol The reception staff very friendly and the young housekeeping staff were just a delight. Just a note that you have to pay a bond when u arrive but you’ll get this back when you leave. And you might need to guide taxis around the back to the hotel (correct way)because they often took you to the front of shopping mall lol. The pool etc closes a bit early so I missed it lol. Get the breakfast deal with room because it’s well worth it.

Staff are super friendly and helpful at any hour you need them, good location with lots of restaurants around it is definitely a nicer part of Bangkok, taxis cost between 250/350 baht to go to the more touristy parts. Indrive app is great for taxi service. Taxi from the airport cost us 450baht. The room was a nice size, the bed was really comfy, bathroom was great with a bath and shower. Pool area kept well, great rooftop views. Only stayed for one night as we had a flight early the next morning but wished we could of stayed longer!

Couldn't get an alcoholic drink around the pool - not the end of the world!

The hotel fully corresponds to the description and photos. Our room was on the 21st floor and had a great view of the city. The staff is very polite and always brought water to the room on a phone call. The hotel has Japanese saunas, you must try it! Pool with a beautiful view, but cold water) there are many restaurants, shops nearby and there is a tuk tuk that will take you to shopping centers!

The hotel is heavily air-conditioned and you can update the bathrobes.

Best thing for me - watching Bangkok by night through the spacious windows. Personal everywhere, very clean, nice bathrooms. Go to the Onsen Spa! (Only included in the more expansive rooms, but its not that expansive - Fee with one hour massage <40 Euro)

There is only one big down- and that can be huge. The doors are too thin, you hear way too much. You need some luck with neighbours. One minor thing: I prebooked a taxi for an flight early in the morning - it was 20 minutes late (shouldn't happen)

Very clean, modern rooms - not huge but roomy enough when travelling. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from including local and western choices. The location was fine, a little walk to the skytrain but they did offer free shuttles. The location offered the opportunity to wander around mor local areas including cafe's, restaurants and bars away from the tourist strip. Great pool and facilities

There weren't any details in the room letting you know what was available nearby and or in the hotel. No face washers available, no tissues available in the bathroom.

In general, nothing negative to point-out. Two remarks regarding the location: - Cultural sights, like Wat Arun and other temples, are 30-45min away depending on traffic - No Metro stations close by (roughly 15-20min walking); Taxis are available with low waiting times

Probably our favorite hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Thailand. Everything was great and exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable rooms. Well serviced facilities. Free refreshments in the lobby (coffee, tea, water). Location was a bit out of the way in terms of public transport but the hotel offers free tuk tuk service throughout the day to the nearby metro station which saves you a 20 min walk there and back. Nearby restaurants/bars/7-11 etc.

A bit on the pricier end.
