Silver Gold Garden, Suvarnabhumi Airport

The entire experience was incredible! I chose this hotel because of its free shuttle bus service and reasonable price. Finding someone who organizes the bus was simple; the hotel provided detailed instructions. The waiting time was specified in the instructions as 25 minutes, so I knew what to expect. The trip to the hotel took about 10-15 minutes. Staff was very nice, and check-in was quick. I was given a lovely room on the ground floor with glass doors, which was fine because the area is very quiet. The bed was comfortable (not a typicall Asian bed). The water was hot. What more does a tired traveller require after a long flight? Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. But, c'mon! I was content with whatever was available for the price I paid. It kept me running for a while until I found a restaurant that served the type of food I enjoy. The outdoor setting is lovely, with a nice swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this place as a fantastic budget option for one night before traveling somewhere else.

The room had a few mosquitos, so I used repellent and slept soundly. Because many reviews mentioned a lack of soap and slippers, I brought my own (which I usually do anyway when I travel in Asia). A bed cover was torn but still clear. Curtains do not block out light, so if you don't want to be woken up in the morning, bring a sleeping mask. Overall, these minor issues did not detract from my enjoyable stay.

Value for money hotel for one night stay prior flying out of Suvarnabhumi Airport. Breakfast is nice and the restaurant offers western/thai food and is located next to the river. Free transportation to/from airport - just remember to advise hotel of your flight details. You'll be picked up at level 2 between gate 3 & 4 in the airport. Very nice small marked next to the hotel.

Spacious room, clean and fresh linen, room cleaned on request. Good breakfast with a selection of rice, chicken and vegetable dishes, eggs toast, fruit, coffee and tea. Very reliable airport shuttle bus takes approx 20 minutes to airport. Staff is awesome, very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended for an overnight or long stay. Local market with great food just outside and large Lotus shopping market 2 minutes walk away.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially when sharing a room - with breakfast and transfer included, as well as a pool and gym which unfortunately I didn’t get time to use. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer although I was only there for a night (as I’m sure many people are given this is an airport hotel?) We explored the nearby market and tasted some delicious food, and had a drink at the restaurant by the river, which was very peaceful.

The airport pick up was smooth and easy. You just follow their instructions on arrival & 20 mins later a shuttle will come to take you to the hotel. The hotel rooms were nice. Had a fridge, towels, some toiletries. Wake up call as requested. Breakfast was a large spread with eggs, meat dishes, cereals, bread, soups, fruits and vegetables. The property looks newly renovated and nice. All the facilities were also nice, including the pool, restaurant and gardens. Hotel is located on a canal which is cool. Shuttle bus at departure was right as scheduled and took 20 mins to arrive at the airport. Great value for everything and really appreciated the round trip transfers which was the main reason for booking. If I ever transmit in BKK ever again I will definitely stay here.

Bathroom door is a sliding glass door. (Used to be a balcony that’s been converted to a bathroom). Curtains in the sink area of the bathroom would be nice.

The Hotel is in the middle of nowhere but so well situated at the same time. Close to the Airport, Night Market for food and shopping right outside the hotel and convenience stores nearby. Really well appointed rooms including HOT showers and comfortable beds and facilities including Cafe, Swimming Pool, Gym and don’t forget the excellent breakfast by the Klong. If you want a few nights away without the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, you could easily stay here and be super comfortable. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t qualify for free Airport transfers but we didn’t mind paying the 200 baht fee.

noisy guests throughout the night on tiled floors. because it’s handy to the airport, there are a lot of guests coming and going slamming doors and talking loudly or yelling.

Lovely property, great staff, very pleased with the room - travelled with family, had rooms next to each other on the ground floor, super convenient for coming with the baby stroller, no stairs, easy access. Very nice breakfast buffet style, had a great morning in their salt water pool with the kids and my partner had a workout in the gym. Loved the gorgeous little garden by the river with pool and also fish in little pond. Very sorry we could only stay 1 night as we continued travelling next day. The airport transfers were genius 🙏. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come again, thank you 🙏

Shuttle from airport was un organized. Agent said wait over there and she will get me in about 10 minutes. I checked with her in 20 minutes, and she got mad and said wait. After 20 more minutes I found her and she said she thought I left. Why would I leave, I was waiting for transfer. Finally got on after 75 minutes

For a place to rest for a day between flights, my bed was comfortably firm and the room was clean, spacious and air con kept it cool.. Because I arrived early, breakfast included was much appreciated: I chose Asian dishes and fruit from the buffet (cereals also provided). Around the corner is a 7-11 convenience store for snacks and bottled water. The swimming pool looked attractive though I didn't have time to enjoy it. The shuttle to and from BKK was also welcome, especially leaving for the airport at 4.30am.

We have stayed at the Silver and Gold several times over the years when we've had late arrival flights and have been pleased to see the positive changes. With the free airport pick-up/drop off and a very good breakfast it's hard to beat when arriving on a late flight at the BKK airport. After arriving you just go to the meetup up point on the arrival level where you will find a "Silver and Gold" sign. The gentleman behind the sign will call and the hotel will dispatch a vehicle to pick up your party. It's a really efficient system.

Nothing to dislike. The rooms, breakfast and pickup system have all been upgraded since our last visit.
