Suvarnabhumi Suite

The hotel collected us from the airport. They were incredibly polite and helpful from the first moment. The room was spotlessly clean. Late-night dinner upstairs in the restaurant was great. Breakfast was great. We didn't have time to use the swimming pool, but it look nice and clean. Great value for the price.

very close to the airport, shuttle every half hour. Roof Top restaurant, good food , live music , watch the planes take off and land.

The staff were generally very accommodating and friendly. The Sky Bar on the roof was fabulous! Overall, the room was comfortable.

The young man that met us at the airport was very rude. He obviously cannot handle the job of getting rides for guests when it is busy at the airport. He was frustrated and angry (at us seemingly) and kept banging his clipboard against his side. This was a really disappointing first impression of the hotel. I agree with other reviewers, there really isn’t enough lighting in the room.

Close proximity to the airport. The airport transfer was quick and easy to find. A perfect hotel for one night layovers.

Close to airport.. Had flight before breakfast so received very fresh packed lunch of two nice sandwiches and an apple and juice. I was going to go for walk to the large night market as have done before but got as far as the sky bar resturant on the roof and never left. Had complimentary beer and a meal and nice Pina colada or two. Views were great as planes came in and the ambience on the roof was fantastic. The large glowing moon when switched on was spectacular . Live band with couple singing was also nice. Great atmosphere. See you next trip.

This hotel near the airport is truly an exceptional place for tourist with early morning flight. Our studio room bundled with round-trip shuttle adds to the outstanding convenience that this hotel offers. Definitely a must choice for budget-mindful tourist who wouldn't want to be troubled by the hassle of securing a safe transportation from the hotel to the airport at the wee hours of the morning. The staff were all very courteous and trustworthy. Suvarnabhumi Suite Hotel made our last day of a brief tour (after the pandemic) in Bangkok another memorable stay in Thailand.

Not really a dislike but would be great if the massage / spa used to be located at the roof deck floor of the hotel will be resumed again for hotel guests. Currently, only the rooftop bar is the one operational at this beautifully landscaped outdoor deck area.

The suite was awesome with two rooms and a kitchen with full refrigerator and microwave. I asked for a giant tub and got one!

In that bathroom with the giant tub there is no actual shower, so to shower you have to use a hose that has a small shower head on it to take your daily showers. Haha .. crazy! You cannot take a bath every night! The tub took about 1 hour to fill too.

The hotel has a hood location from the airport with a free shuttle, which is great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was good with AC. Breakfast wasn't super fancy but definitely enough! For the price, it's a great place to stay. Neighborhood is definitely worth to explore!

The windows have a poor sound proofing so one can hear landing planes all night long. AC is also a bit older and laud. For a shallow sleeper like me, this was tricky but solved it with Earplugs.

The top floor terrace restaurant was more than wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The reception desk staff was able to correct the Bookings.com error in my confirmed reservation (it happens often). It clearly stated that I had shuttle service and breakfast, but the hotel did not include it in my reservation. So they offered it to me anyway. I highly recommend this hotel.

The problem with the booking, but the hotel resolved it.
