The view from the restaurant was very great! Room was small, but good enough. Rooms were cleaned every morning! Water and coffee provided in the room. Perfect location! Friendly staff.

A bit noisy from street.

Good location, great view from the breakfast terrace, nice staff, decent room, alright breakfast, lift.

Room on the small side, could have been cleaner, breakfast could have been more diverse.

They’ve a breathtaking view from the rooftop restaurant but the restaurant guy’s behaviour could be more gentle.

The location is more than amazing. It is in the heart of Istanbul next to whatever you like. The facilities of the hotel and view from the rooftop are spectacular. The staff are very friendly and the ones serving you at the buffet specifically.

The size of the room is very small especially if you have many luggage, it might not fit in the room with you. The beds are not so comfy and they are too small to fit a normal size person. The wardrobe is very small as well to carry any clothes. Also rooms located in the first 3 floors have literally no view at all, as they overlook a wall.

The location is excellent. It is close to Public Transportation and Sea Ports. The staff was welcoming and warmly behaving especially Mr. Murat from Alpek Breakfast Restaurant. Thanks to him very much again.

The room was very very small but we were expecting this so no issues because of that. And needed to have some repairs in the Bathroom and Toilet. The hand washer was clocked but still somehow working and water flushing was challenging as the person needs special techniques to flush the water :).

Superior room had very good views, the roof terrace (for breakfast/optional evening meal) had exceptional views.

Room was Very small, as was the bathroom. This was a serious issue because the room is clearly described as being of 194 ft2 (see image below) but was in fact only about 110 to 120 ft2, and there were no significantly larger rooms existing in the hotel to which we could be moved. We asked for some redress, but nothing at all was (or could be) done.

Wonderful I spent my 10-day vacation at the Alpek Hotel, a very nice hotel, very clean and with a friendly and kind staff, both at the reception and at the hotel restaurant. Great staff! From arrival to departure everyone was very kind to us. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the means of transport and the view from the hotel terrace is absolutely gorgeous! The food at the hotel restaurant was extremely tasty, both for breakfast and in the evening for dinner, with friendly and welcoming staff. I want to say congratulations to all the staff 👏 Thank you for everything! ❤️ I had a wonderful stay and would love to return to this beautiful hotel! 🥰

This was the second visit to Istanbul, I have been to three hotels, one five stars and the other two were Alpek and another hotel at Gulhan metro stop. This was my second stay at Alpek. I highly recommend Alpek hotel because of its wonderful staff and excellent location next to Eminönü metro station , near to Eminönü central bus station and the furry and ship harbor. Also close to Marmaray railway station. You can google Fatih region to see a lot of high class sight seeings close to the hotel location.

Narrow rooms

Very good location of the hotel, beautiful view of the city from the terrace at breakfast. The breakfasts are moderately dense, compared to other hotels of the same level. Polite staff, the presence of a large number of hangers, there is a refrigerator and a safe. The ratio of price and quality.

The bathroom is quite small, the room is also not large, but corresponds to the declared 15 sq. mtrs.

The location and view from the terrace restaurant were amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good variety at breakfast and the best cup of tea I had on my trip. The pizza and pasta were good too.

It could be a little noisy at night because of it's great location. This would only be a problem if you like to go to bed early. There were also some strange noises from the bathroom occasionally.
