The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff and breakfast were very nice too. The hotel is very well situated - 2 minutes walk to tram 1, Marmaray and Ferry - ideal location to explore the city. There are also plenty of good places to eat around the hotel. We tried the OCAK restaurant in the hotel as well and both service and food was excellent.

You might want to pack earplugs if you don't want to be waken up at 5am by the morning prayer. We could hear it in our room - not the hotel's fault though. In any case I think this would be valid for nearly all hotels in the city.

This hotel is the best in Istanbul, if you want to stay close to old city and to have high class service. The rooms are in loft style like the whole hotel. It's quiet and no traffic in the streets around the hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. All the personnel is friendly, the guys at reception desc are the best. Anything you need you can find out from them. Breakfast is not like before COVID restrictions, but it's quite enough: sausage, cheese, fruits, olives, boiled eggs, omlete, pancakes, pastry. I wish there were more turkish pastries for breakfast. I would like to say thanks to all staff of the hotel for making our stay there comfortable. When we come back to Istanbul, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I would recommend a coffee press, coffee served at breakfast is not tasty.

If you have an attic room, it can get a bit hot during the day, so ask for individual AC settings in advance, then everything will be fine

The hotel was well kept and nice beyond our expectations. All the staff was amazing and they went out of their way to help. It was located in a great area, on a side street away from all the noise. Rooms were sound proof. I had problems with my neck and they provided an orthopedic pillow.

Friendly staff and great location, close to the Sirkeci (foodie area), spice bazaar, Sultanahment around 15 min walk and also Eminonu (10 min walk) from where you can take the Ferry to the Asian side (Kadikoy). Modest breakfast spread but nice and fresh and fills you up for the day ahead. Nice spacious clean room, and a good powerful and big shower in the bathroom. Mustafa (housekeeping) was very courteous.

Wifi not strong or fast enough to support MS Teams call - ok for basic browsing. Limited in-room dining options. Taxis not allowed on the street infront of the hotel during day time/peak hours so can be tricky handling all the luggage and getting a tax down the road.

The location of this hotel is fantastic for anyone wanting to visit the main toursit attractions in the Old City of Istanbul. Everything is within a 15 min walk but you can also use the trams. The hotel room was very comfortable and quite spacious even although we had an extra bed for our son.

The view from the room was nothing to speak of, just over the street running along the front of the hotel, but the windows were well insulated so it was very quiet nonetheless. It was not possible to have a taxi/airport transfer drop you off in front of the hotel because the road is closed almost all the time to vehicle traffic. Getting a taxi from the hotel on departure was therefore impossible. We were lucky that the Guest Relations Manager accompanied us with all our luggage to the main street where eventually we were able to flag down a taxi but it was not easy and was time consuming.

Breakfast is very good and tasty. It is based on local kitchen with a variety of local products as well. They could add fresh yogurt as it is easy for them to find. The hotel restaurant is also a good gourmet choice as well as the hotel bar. The surround area is full of local small shops and the Grand Bazaar is not far. What I found very important is the metro station which is very close, about 5 minutes. Finally, I liked very much the décor, people at the cleaning service, reception, restaurant, bar, all are very helpful.

The location of the hotel is something one has to consider seriously. We already knew the place so we choose it knowing exactly what to wait. Definitely the hotel does not provide any kind of view. Our room was looking to a parking lot. BUT it is very close to the city historical center - walking distance. As it is very difficult to find a taxi or call a taxi on busy hours, you can walk.

We were only there 1 night before flying out. Our flight was at 6am so we didn’t benefit from the breakfast but the night staff showed us the breakfast area being setup for the next morning and I’m assuming it would have been good. The bed was SO comfy. The blinds were true black out (thank goodness because you face another building).

There’s a big pipe running thru the room floor to ceiling we got, not sure if it was the central AC or water pipe but it rattles while trying to sleep, I’m assuming it’s not all rooms but cannot confirm.

all room are different and the building was an old tabasco factory very good bed and shower excellent breakfast and every single staff do give you the best service 100% i have book an other to return before flying home to Australia

This hotel is a hidden gem within the downtown area since its located in a prime location and its an old building nicely restored and probably has 35 - 45 rooms so not at all congested. All main attractions are within 800m or less (walking distance of 10 -15 mins) as well as close to public transport and close to sea side. The King suites are the ones to choose with families as it offers 2 rooms and 2 washrooms with all the amenities. Highly recommended for families specially with kids as you can find ample food options within 5-8 mins of walking distance.
