Its location, its excellent value for money and the helpful staff.

Slightly tired decor upstairs. Lack of bedside table on one side of the bed. Having to get out of bed to turn off the lights. Please help us all preserve water and electricity by not washing our towels every day - if we hang them up it signifies that we are happy to reuse them.

The location was amazing..the staff were very friendly and helpful...Denis was friendly, helpful and an asset to any company....he was awesome...the ladies at breakfast Asly and the tiny chef lady in the scarf was also very friendly and helpful..the receptionist Taymur was very friendly and willing to help...I will definitely visit ipek palas again and highly recommend this hotel

Words cannot begin to describe the experience I had at Ipek Palas Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect and well thought out, down to the smallest detail. The room was absolutely gorgeous, very clean, super comfy, and well-equipped. Breakfast included multiple options for different tastes. All staff members are incredibly welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. Mehmet was super helpful and a delight to chat with! The location is unbeatable! The hotel is within a walking distance from Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar, and many other sites. It's also 2min walk from the Bosphorus Strait 😍 The transfer to the airport was very comfortable and safe. Thank you so much for making my stay in Istanbul so memorable 💖

This is was our fourth stay at ipek palas , we been going to Istanbul since 2015 this is the best hotel we’ve stayed , location, the room was cleaned every morning the breakfast is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful specially Alaaddin and Mehmet. We will stay again and gave 10/10 👍👍

Excellent location: Most historical sites are easily accessible by foot. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Enjoy a delightful Traditional Turkish Breakfast (Kahvalti). Furthermore, dine with a panoramic view in the evening, all at reasonable prices comparable to other restaurants in the area.

There is room for improvement in the bathroom's amenities, particularly with regard to toiletries like shower gel and body lotion.

This was our second room I booked for my son , he loved the location and the room was very large and comfortable it was cleaned every morning the breakfast was amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful specially Alaaddin and Mehmet I will definitely stay again . 10/10 👍

Amazing hotel and location. It is very clean and comfortable. Hotel is near Sirkeci Metro Station - 5 minutes of walk. Also it is near the sea and ships - 10 minutes of walk. On the other side it is near Aya Sofia and Sultan Ahmet, just 15 minutes of walk. Near the hotel are markets, caffes, restaurants where you can eat very delicious and traditional Turkish food. Rooms are very good and clean, bathrooms are very big and clean. Breakfast in hotel is every day good and fresh and very delicious. People that work in hotel are very kind and they help at all. You should visit this hotel. Workers know English.

Everything was more than perfect. Mehmet and the other employees were really friendly and helpful! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and perfect location. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Big thank you and see you again!

Nice and clean room, 5 min from tram station, 15 min walking distance from Sultanahmet square where Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are ,nice breakfast. All the staff were kind and helpful especially Mehmet at the reception desk

The hotel location is 10/10 close to all the amenities the room was beautiful and big it was cleaned every morning the cleaners were very good they put new all the bathroom toiletries every day, The staff were very polite and helpful specially mr Alaaddin amazing guy. The breakfast was delicious and the terrace restaurant was really good.
