Euro Design Hotel

Best thing about this hotel is location because majority of important things to visit is on walk distance and it is also well connected by public transport because close by is T1 line and boats to cross the Bosphorus so you can easily get to anything you want to visit. All around the hotel you have shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very good, bed was comfortable, there is fridge of decent size where you get two waters for free so no mini bar but next to the hotel you have mini shop for drinks where you can buy anything you need and then put it in the fridge, there is kettle and you get some coffee and tea, they were changing towels every day ...

If you want quiet place this is not it but you need to sacrifice this for good location to explore the city, a bit bigger trash can in the room would be great, a bit more options for the breakfast would be nice.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We booked many activities with the hotel and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast was very tasty. The catering staff were very considerate when we took breakfast to our room for our elderly grandad. The location was the best! All the main attraction was in a walking distance from the hotel and there were many food places in the same street as well as many ATM's to withdraw local cash using an international debit card without a fee! I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit!

One of the best places I've ever stayed. The staff (no exception) was friendly, kind, helpful and outstanding, the room (deluxe double) was big, absolutely clean, comfortable and had a good sound isolation. Great shower in a spacious bathroom. The hotel its very clean! Breakfast is really good, good variety of food and some things were changed daily. Best location, great area, close to absolutely everything. My partner and I only used public transport to go to the north side (still possible to do by walking) and the Asian side, but to visit the old town is completely unnecessary due to the proximity to it. It wasn't a huge problem for us but there is no ironing facilities, that would have helped considering our long stay. But still, an amazing place to stay!

Location is amazing and right near all the tourist attractions within walking distance. Hotel is also near a lot of shops. Rooms are of good size and clean. Excellent facilities all round

Shortage of irons - rang a few times for a iron and none were available as other guests had no returned them. Surely they'd know which room has them and to go collect it. I ended up going for a walk on all the floors and found one. Breakfast choices were quite random - they had chips for breakfast one morning. Need better choices which actually is breakfast

Perfect location. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance (a bit of uphill walking included). The hotel staff is great, especially the guys at reception. Engin(who is mostly there during the evenings) was very helpful and gave us great recommendations about the local food places and was overall very accommodating to our requests. Our flight out of Turkey was at a later time so the hotel allowed us to keep our bags in a secure spot after we had checked out. The hotel have a partnership I would say with a local Bosphorus cruise company and for €50/person(non alcoholic option) it was by far the most entertaining event of our stay and I'd like to thank Engin for arranging that for us.

The room we had was a bit small but we had two big bags plus hand carries along with us so that made the room even smaller in terms of moving about. Having said that we were mostly out of the hotel so it did not make a difference. The hotel could also provide an iron as part of the room or have it somewhere in the hotel.. The other thing which we did not like was that the housekeeping staff walked into the room with their own key after we had not heard their knocking as we were asleep. Once we put the do not disturb sign outside they did not come around knocking.

the hotel was really clean and luxurious. the staff was really kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. the breakfast buffet, could be a little early, starts around 8-9am. The buffet was amazing, foods were fresh, bakery was made that morning, breakfast was delightful and likeable for everyone. I would completely go back to that hotel if I visit again Istanbul.

The only thing didn’t sum up was that there were a few cats around the lobby. If you are not a cat person or an animal lover You rather not to encounter them. But there is nothing bad to say about this hotel.

I go to Istanbul like 3 times a year and this hotel was by far the best ive stayed in. The rooms are really hygienic, very clean and modern. the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. they really helped us with everything. you can get a PCR test for travelling in your hotel room, they offer transits to the airport with fair prices. They even offered to wake us up for our flight. Breakfast was okay due to the pandemic they had to close the open buffet and you get a plate with basic breakfast items like scrambled eggs, cheeses, meats, jam honey and butter. Since were vegan we couldnt eat most of it but for someone that eats everything it’s definitely more than enough. Its a 1 Minute walk to Marmaray, 5 Minutes to the „vapur“ boats to go to the other side of istanbul and a 3 Min walk to the tramstations so its really convenient. We felt safe in the area at all times, even late at night we could walk to the hotel without feeling unsafe - due to its location there are always people around. Will definitely come here a few more times! I came after a friend recommended it to me and im 100% happy with my choice.

There was surprisingly nothing that I didnt enjoy on my stay. 10/10

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions regarding getting around Istanbul and places to visit. They were on hand whenever we had any requests.

Our room on the 4th floor was small and it was difficult for my husband and myself to manoeuvre around the room. There was no full length mirror and no cabinet or desk space to place our things such as toiletries etc

1) The room was big and comfortably furnished 2) Very helpful reception staff 3) The hotel was very well situated (close to the historic center, to the metro Sirkeci and to the Eminonu prier) 4) It was rather clean in the room and we always had enough water, shampoo, shower gel and even slippers. The towels and the bed sheets were always new and fresh. 5) a cute fat cat sleeping in the armchair in the lobby

1) the breakfast was rather poor (however we visited breakfast only once and we came there quite late (at 10 o'clock), so maybe at 8-9 oclock it was much better. Then we decided to sleep instead of breakfast because there was a very nice espressolab cafe next door to the hotel entrance). Anyway the breakfast was not an important issue for us. 2) the first night we had a curtain that didn't close but the next day it was fixed right after we told about this issue to the receptionist.

Decor of property was modern, and location is good

breakfast was basic, room was very small, and no air conditioning. open the window/door and the room just smells of onions being cooked downstairs
