Excellent location, close to all the main sights and right next to the tram stop. The room was so comfortable and clean, the tidying and cleaning every day was impeccable. The shower was amazing and air conditioning in the room. The reception staff friendly. Excellent value for money. There was no breakfast but it was central location and food venues everywhere. There was a small lift so easy to move luggage. Would highly recommend!

Nothing, everything was excellent

The hotel is in an amazing location - very close to the tram, restaurants everywhere, St. Sophia is on 10 minute walk, the Cisterns, everything is close. Galata bridge and Sirkesi very close, Galata tower on 20 minutes by foot. The hotel service is outstanding! Very kind and helpful! Exceptional cleaning service. They even brought a cake for my wife's birthday! I will definitely go there again and I very much recommend it to everyone.

Everything about Nea Suites Old City hotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located perfectly, with plenty of landmarks being only a few minutes away by foot, like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, Galata Bridge, etc. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean - they cleaned our room every single day. Wifi works perfectly. The best part of this hotel is their staff - they were all very friendly and helpful, especially Aslan (hope we got his name right :)) They even surprised me with a delicious cake for my birthday. It was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. My boyfriend and I are recommending this hotel to everyone. We'll definitely come back here again on our next trip to Istanbul! :)

Room service time is limited. Breakfast at nearby hotel (2minutes walk) rather than same building (which is still delicious). You can still have breakfast served to the room but at higher price.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. It was very convenient for getting around and doing many activities in the heart of the old city of Istanbul. The room was spacious with everything that we need including a high-speed internet connection. The staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful especially Mr.Aslan in the reception who goes beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was a lovely surprise when he left a basket of fruits in the room as a welcoming gesture for my family. My stay was extremely comfortable. We will definitely come back and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was very wonderful, the room is tidy and clean, spacious and the bathroom also, it was the window of the room with a great view of the city and the sea, its location is excellent close to everything, and the employee Sherine was very nice with us, every time I asked him for help he responded immediately, he was very interested in us. I already have been 5 times in Istanbul and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed. The rooms are just like the pictures. There is no false information about them. They are very beautiful and clean and the cleaning service is daily. But the most precious thing in this hotel is the staff. The kindness of the people in the reception really amazed me. I have never seen in the years I am traveling, more kind and willing to help reception staff. I especially want to thank Aslan who gave solution in my every problem. I think he deserves a golden star. Thank you Nea Suites Old City Hotel for this grate experience. God bless you all.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr Aslan. The breakfast turned out to be the best thing about our stay. The variety and taste of food was excellent

Due to the hotel being located on a busy street, it can be a bit noisy. However, the hotel is located at walking distance to some of the major attractions like Gulhane park, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc.

This is one of best hotels i sayed in. Really clean room nice location and the best staff they were really hospitable and helpful.I liked everything, would definitely stay in it again when i go back.

i should mention that the elevator starts on the first floor you so must take the first set of stares. It might be difficult for elderly or if you have bad knees. But I didn't mind at all because the staff are very helpful and kind i never had to carry anything.

Everything!!! The rooms were really big, the bathroom was modern and large, we had a beautiful view of the sea, there was a nice Turkish breakfast that was delivered to our room daily, and most of all the staff were all really helpful. I don’t think I have ever felt so well cared for in a hotel! We have traveled a lot, and the staff here was the best ever! They organized Covid tests the day before we left, and someone even came to our room to do them. We had the results texted to us in the morning and printed out to take with us. Our flight was really late and they organized transfers to the airport and made it possible for us to stay in our room until we left. If I could rate Nea Suites higher than a 10 I would. I will recommend them to anyone visiting Istanbul.
