Elite World Istanbul Florya

I am enjoying my stay at elite world business and I must say that the service provided by the waiters Eren and Efe is amazing. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, they greeted me with warmth and hospitality, making me feel welcomed and right at home. Throughout my stay, Eren and Efe went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and no request was too big or too small for them. They constantly checked up on my well-being and provided me with any necessary assistance. They even went as far as to make special arrangements and brought me suhoor meals in my room. Their attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my stay at the hotel unforgettable. Eren and Efe were not just hotel waiters, but they were also ambassadors of Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and excellent service. If you are looking for a hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and experiencing the amazing service provided by Eren and Efe. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel was good and the service up until check out, was also good. The staff who was there the first and second day were so friendly!

Unfortunately, during check out they told me I used 2 items from the minibar, while I didn’t use anything. This made me feel like they tried to scam me. So please, if you go to this hotel, make a picture of your minibar with one of them beside you and write the name who checked it. Also they asked me what rate I would give them on booking.com. I told them between 8 or 9. The receptionist told me I have to give a 10 (and no, this was not a joke). He was really pushing it in an uncomfortable way.

The wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the door at 2.30am. Lovely warm greetings from the reception staff and support every time, especially from Berat who went that extra mile. My experience was so great that while in conversation with the Guest Relations Manager, Ozkan, I decided to extended my stay by 5 days. Ozkan could not have been more helpful.

There is not one thing I can list here. Wonderful experience. I will be recommending.

Our stay of 8 nights in this hotel was amazing in almost all aspects. The hotel is placed in an interesting location a but further from some of the busier neighborhoods, but still accessible via public transportation stations within 4-5 minutes of walking and also the coast, restaurants, and nice night areas all in a walkable distance. Starting from the manager and the service people, they are very attentive, professional, and caring. We had many requests during out stay in different forms and they made sure to address all of them in the best way possible. We requested a room change, many specific room cleaning requests, extra amenities, and not a single time the hotel staff was unprofessional about them. The rooms were pretty nice. We stayed in the top floor in a room with a balcony and the views were decent of the city and a bit of the coastal line. I don’t believe you would get a good view in a lower floor though so be aware. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and there was a decent amount of space in the room. Starting our days, the breakfast hours were great. They were service breakfast until 10:30 AM during weekdays and 11:00 AM during weekends. The options were amazing and they were rotating on a daily basis too. the servers were professional and would offer to take your drinks and food items to your table if you knew what you wanted and didn’t feel like going at it yourself. We noticed the staff speaking in at least 4 different languages with the guests which was great to see! At the lobby floor, the cafe was pretty great. We had turkish coffee and ice cream there. They also do have a bar and restaurant that we did not try since we were out most of the day. The lobby was a nice play to wait for a taxi. The front desk was rarely crowded and we never waited more than a couple minutes to talk to the front desk. Similarly, the phone calls from the room were answered pretty quickly. So again, very attentive staff.

No water in the gym, long wait for elevators, room window was not 100% clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, and the experience was truly exceptional thanks to the outstanding management of Ozkan. From the seamless check-in process to the personalized service throughout my stay, Ozkan's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. The hotel itself was luxurious, with well-appointed rooms, excellent amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Ozkan's leadership undoubtedly played a pivotal role in making my stay memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel under his management.

Not all the staff are like Ozkan unfortunately.

Wow it was a nice stay in this hotel The hotel is very good and comfortable, the room is wide clean and equibed with all needed facilities with good view The staff is very friendly smiling specially Mr. Anil who was very helpful professional cooperative and always smiling to very person and always asking us if we need anything and if we missing anything he can do it Also Mr. Koray is a good professional person and both of them made our stay very comfortable and good. The Gym is well and the pool is clean and let you feel relaxed The room service is cooperative and do everything quickly and professionaly Sure I will repeat this experience again and again

Staff were very very helpfull. We arrived very early to check in time. They tried their best to accomodate us. They tried looking if any empty rooms were available how to make us feel comfortable. I loved the service from this hotel.. Very special thanks to Kamil, Aras, Ridvan, Anil and Murat. They have made our stay very comfortable and stress free. Hotel is extra clean, room service is on point. When experience any issues hotel staff are only a call away from your room. One of the best stays in istanbul I must admit.

I was very happy with the hotel. however, breakfast menu is monotonous and need to change. they need to add some cheese continental varieties in the breakfast menu. staffs were all good but I would like to mention about Berat and Ozkan.
