Royal İnci Spa Hotel

The location was great, lots of street food option, wonderful area with a mall nearby. The staff was extremely friendly. They checked us in early. We had daily service.

Rooms need renovation, the shower smelled little misty and moldy, the window didn't close fully. For me, the beds were very comfortable, but the mattresses were hard for my wife's back. It's a personal preference. Our room didn't have a fridge, and our safe box didn't work.

Booked this as I needed something that was affordable as I needed to be in area for 2 weeks,the location was amazing as I was a single female alone,I felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood day or night as it was extremely busy all times with plenty of cafes/restaurants/atms and all sorts of public transport yards away from hotel. I only speak English and this was not a problem for any of the reception staff.great place to stay,it was great and easy to order food from menu in room,especially my first night there as too tired to go out to explore,lots of choices of food,takes about half hour to be delivered

The room is huge which is rare for Istanbul. Overall it is clean and cozy. There’s many shops and restaurants nearby. The girl st the reception was nice and friendly. They clean rooms every day

Something terrible happened at 3 am the day we arrived. Someone entered our room even though it was locked. We were scared by this incident. It’s the first time something like this happened in my life. After that the guy called us by phone and asked if we booked the room. 3 am IN THE MORNING. That is crazy. So he made it worse. I didn’t hear any apology from him or even greet. The location. It’s very far away from city. It takes 1-1,5 hours to reach main attractions in Istanbul.

Great hotel in good location, many shops around. Worth the money but the most important the staff was absolutely amazing! The reception people special the young men and the girl was brilliant! Really helpful with ordering taxi and take care and every time asking my father is he okay ! Absolutely perfect! Recommend

1. Hotel staff were excellent. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Every question was answered and they were very knowledgeable about the area and therefore able to give me the best recommendations for the best places. 2. The hotel is very basic with a spa on the lowest floor. Open at all times and there were many traditional Turkish offerings. There are extra offers for hotel customers, very nice! 3. The room was very clean and the cleaners were also very friendly and always asked if they could clean my room or if we needed anything else. The room also had air conditioning and a fridge. I booked a double bed for 1 adult and 2 children but they added an extra bed for free. 4. The hotel does not offer food which I found very odd. But once I was there, it was totally understandable why. Just below is a shop where you can buy everything. The streets to the right and left are full of traditional restaurants where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. 500 meters away is a huge shopping center for young and old. 5. The best is the price! I didn't even pay 100€/$ for the whole week. Hotels in tourist areas cost 100€/$ per day. Although I tooked a taxi every day and it was still cheaper for me and I was able to experience the real Turkey and I did not had the constant flow of tourists from my own country. Very good experience. I recommend the hotel and the area to anyone who really wants to experience Turkey up close.

არ მომეწონა ის, რომ საპარკინგე სისტემა ცოტა გაუმართავია. ვინაიდან ვიწრო ქუჩაშია ეს სასტუმრო, არ აქვს საკუთარი პარკინგი და ამიტომ გვიწევს ქუჩის პარკინგზე დაყენება. დღის საათებში პრობლემა არაა, მაგრამ თუ ღამით მიხვალთ, ჩათვალეთ ადგილს ვერ ნახავთ

the hotel is quite far from the biggest tourist attractions but the access is very easy and takes max 1.5 hours. and the price of the hotel is much lower than for such hotels in the old city. and if you get off at Sefaköy... I recommend eating kokoreç at the bar shown in the pictures - the best kokoreç I've had in Istanbul so far

the hotel is generally fine, although I have doubts about cleanliness. and in my room the carpet was soaked in the window area. - wi-fi (not so good)

The location was great which I really liked. The staff are just too good. Apart from the language barrier they did whatever they could do to help (phone translation) to ensure that I enjoyed my stay and that was great.. They were very helpful. On the first night I didn't enjoy my stay as there was construction going on which started at about 7:30am and the television wasn't working but when I complained in the morning, the staff apologized and immediately offered to change my room which I really appreciated.

The continuous noise from the construction

Simply put some of the most amazing staff that I have ever seen. They will try their best to make you happy and comfortable. Such a wonderful and safe business that will willfully take care of you and your family to the best of their abilities.

What I didn't like is how far it is from the closest Metro but that is not an issue that is related to the business just the location that I have chosen.
