Tempo Suites Airport

I booked at Tempo because i was attending an exhibition at the Fuar merkezi Centre. They upgraded my standard room to a suite that was super nice, comfy, and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, and breakfast was ok. Complimentary coffee and water in the room, very good value for money. Calm neighbourhood, walking distance to bus station.

If it wasn't for business, the location would be a bit far from all the touristic places, like sisli, taksim, fatih, galataport & ortaköy... It took us 1.30 hours to arrive to Ortaköy in the evening.

It was a long dream to see Istanbul (Have been multiple times on the south side of Turkey) and we mainly came there for a health trip. Before trip I went through all nearby hotels and Tempo Suites Airport looked the best for our needs. The service of the guys at the Hotel (Ibrahim, Hakan, Güral and the rest of staff) was beyond expectation. On arrival I accidentaly forgot my wallet in the Taxi and the gyus managed to retrieve it by investigating their cameras, this a priceless gesture. There was a missunderstanding about the room I had booked but that that also got fixed without any issues thanks to Ibrahim! I have only good things to say about this hotel and their staff and houskeeping, everyone so friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, just 1min walking from the hectic center and this Hotel is just in the quiet street. Rooms are fantastic and in new modern standard with cool ambient lightning. There is unlimited amounts if shoppping nearby and you reach most places just my foot. Breakfast is good and just across the street in the opposite Tempo Hotel. If any questions just ask the reception guys, they rock for sure! Higly recommend this place for anyone for helath trip or just a good stay in the heart of Istanbul, very safe place to be. Another great tip is to use Uber if going anywhere, you will get every ride for the right price just remember to check car when getting in in the roof rear mirror if the tax-meter is set on. The hotel has excellent price/quality ratio. Pay for rooms with breakfast, they are excellent and you will always find something to eat. If you arrive earlier, then be sure that the hotel staff will meet you halfway and check you in earlier than the set time. The hotel employs kind and helpful people.

The hotel allows smoking in the rooms. As a non-smoker, it was not very pleasant for me to be in a smoky room. Nothing removes the smell of cigarettes.

Self catering hotel ideal for tourists no tourist trap like restaurant in tourist area of Istanbul Hotel located in local's residential area so no swindlers Plenty shopping cloths etc bring one suitcase on flight go home with two bags

Nothing I have stayed in Istanbul a number of times and always return to tempo suit airport or sister hotel tempo suit court across the street 😄

Kudos to the staff. All of them were very friendly and sincerely tried to help with any question I had. I felt a good attitude and desire to help from them. The room was bigger than I expected. It has a big bed, sofa and working place which was very suitable for me. Also, the room has a microwave and a freezer which is very handy when you travel for a few days.

The service and hospitality there are simply perfect in my opinion. they always welcome you with a cheerful smile and are reaching out to you for your questions and try their best to accommodate you. From the upgrade to fruit plate and gift breakfast, I feel like a VIP. Very clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. A big thanks to Ibrahim and Yasin, along with everyone who works as the floor staff.

Nothing (there’s good reason why I keep returning you know)

Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and clean. Everything was perfect. Especially the receptionist Ali help us to book our train tickets.

Not paying attention to ou request.. for example in our room TV was not working...we told them..but they took 3 days to fix it..and some other things like this.

Very good room cleaning, very delicious breakfasts. Great value for money.

The room key card stopped working on average once a day and it was necessary to contact the reception to restore its functionality.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

WiFi was not working properly or at all half of the time, same breakfast everyday, no streaming service

It’s a nice hotel and staff is very cooperative and helpful. Rooms are good, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is almost identical on all days. Location is about 9,10 mins away from the bus or metro station.
