friendly staff, cleaning almost every day, comfortable bright rooms, very good location - beautiful neighborhood, shopping center and a lot of eating places nearby. lived here for a month, and if not for the second part of the review, it'd be perfect.

very poor wi-fi with constant interruptions, horrible soundproofing (not fun to hear your neighbors having $eggs, and overall you hear every sneeze), really strange shower complexion (water was leaking to the rest of the bathroom), no wardrobe or shells or anything to put your clothes and other stuff in. also no chairs in the room. this hotel has good potential, so if they fix the things I listed, it will be a significant improvement.

I usually do not write a comment about hotels .. but this hotel was very wonderful, comfortable and very clean. In relation to the value, it was more than wonderful, and also the hotel staff were very cooperative and ready to answer any question

The hotel was new and relatively clean. The location was good, in a lively area with everything close by. The staff were extremely helpful and I’m sure my next experience would be even better given that everything was not set up yet

The lounge area at reception was under construction which meant that there was nowhere to wait which was an inconvenience. There was an issue with the hot water in our room but we were quickly taken to another room when this was communicated with the reception. There was no wardrobe in the our room which was not helpful. I didn’t notice this when booking but there is no wardrobes in the pictures either. I believe it’s because it’s a new hotel but despite everything it was worth the price which was lower compared to other hotels close by.

bedsheets were nice and clean.

the “king size” bed consisted of two single mattresses. this point was uncomfortable. there is no place to put your clothes. you have to keep it stuff in your luggage. in addition there are four poor hangers like in the street market

The staff were friendly, the location was close to the metro bus which only costs 65p (GBP). The room was big and spacious for the price. The mirrors was really good for when getting ready. The cleaners are so friendly and kind - they made our experience memorable. Plenty of shops around the area and restaurants it’s less than a minute walk to the mall which has everything. Not really a tourist area so great prices. Plenty of friendly cats around the area and 24/7 food service. Decent size fridge in the room as well.

The restaurant is across the road. The bathroom did smell - this isn’t anything to do with the hotel itself but the sewage system in turkey- would be nice to have air fresheners in the bathroom though.

Very helpful and friendly staff, spacious clean room, simple and fast check in and check out, free private parking, Outlet center few steps from the hotel, a lot of food options in the neighborhood...

It was very difficult to adjust the shower. Hot and cold water alternate in waves. Far from the center and main attractions but we were aware of that and ready to drive.

great location ,with many shops and restaurants around . I truly enjoyed my stay here , cosy bedroom, very comfortable bed, bery nice reception / lobby area where you can relax on comfortable sofa , staff was very helpful too - i would go here again with no doubt . thank you Seyithan hotel !

the only issue it can be noisy due to main busy road outside the hotel and very thin walls too ! so if you are a light sleeper - make sure you buy some earplugs ( pharmacy just cross the road drom the hotel sells earplugs :) thats literally the only small isue .

The staff are collaborative and helpful. The hotel area is safe, quiet, and next to Armoni outlet shopping mall. The surrounding area has pharmacies and other shopping stores. The hotel is clean and the washroom is clean. The amenities are fair. Overall it is a good hotel compared to the amount of money paid.

The hotel view is facing a street full of garbage bins , so you have to close the windows or some flies will come to the room. Some maintenance is required for the room ground borders. Tissue boxes are needed inside the room. The lights' quality is uncomfortable, and more adjustment is needed. The hotel is far from major touristic locations.

The hotel has Turkish feel. My room was perfect the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom nice & modern. This best value for money! The staff at the reception are very friendly and can speak English perfectly. 👌

Few things I did not like is the noise outside with the windows closed when vehicles keep beeping & loud music in their cars throughout the night. I can also hear other neighbours' conversations throughout the night being loud sometimes I lack of sleep a couple of times.
