Eresin Hotels Topkapi

the location was fantastic. Ozcan on reception was great as always. he has welcomed us the last 3 times we have stayed in the hotel.

the breakfast was lacking in the range of variety available. I was made to pay for simple fried eggs which was shocking as the breakfast was charged at £9 per person! the orange juice wasn’t also freshly squeezed. for such a lovely hotel, the breakfast could have been much better. lesser quality hotels offer better food for breakfast!

- The room was really spacious compared to the other hotels specially in the same area. - The staff was really friendly& helpful. - There was a food variety in the breakfast. - Location was great and close to most tourist destinations. - They gave me a late check out for free. - Big& very nice indoor swimming pool, an indoor gym is also available.

- I wish if there was a soft area for the kids. - The room service (In-Hotel Meals) was kind of expensive or even double the normal prices ( Ordering food from outside is not allowed as per the hotel polices). - They have charged me in my first& last day for the cost of 1 or 2 bottles of water although I've informed them that I'm using this water also to prepare the milk for my kid. It does not make sense at all as this bottle of water doesn't cost anything compared to what the people are paying for booking the room and water should be 100% complimentary!

Breakfast was good & same location

I didn’t like when they want to give u refill water to the room the staff just knock & enter.it is privacy and it is wrong from the hotel to do this and i was very upset and i hope to cancel this way. Thank u

Eresin Hotel great stay very nice Staff very professional. Breakfast fantastic  lots of verity to eat .very fresh I enjoy it a lot the room was very clean made up the room every day .the  Reception was very helpful Ms. Gizemnur very helpful very Provisional and I believe very valuable to the hotel speeks very good English .I will definitely stay again in the Eresin hotel next time I'm go Istanbul very happy. Eresin Hotels topkapi has great location, you can get around easily. A large variety of items in breakfast. Dinner is also served with extra charges. Staff was cooperative and helpful. Daily room service. I will definitely stay with them in future and recommend them.

I didn't like the elevators as they were little small but rest it's great.

The staff was very helpful and polite and answered all my questions. The room was big enough and it was cleaned every day + free botlles of water were delivered daily. There was a huge variety for brekfast so that you can choose whatever you like.

I was travelling for business so unfortunately there was no time to visit the SPA center. Next time :).

It was third time of my stay at this Hotel. Very beautiful Hotel and great location, not far from down town. Thanks reception of the Hotel for their pleasant and kind disposition to all people, who stayed at the Hotel. I‘ll stay at the same Hotel whenever I‘ll be in Istanbul. Thank you once more !

This is our 2nd time staying at Eresin hotel, and all I can say is that thia hotel is great and it’s location is awesome as it’s right across the street of the tram station and special thanks for the staff specially Ozcan for his great help

As always it’s a excellent place to stay close to tram line the staff are absolutely brilliant a special thank you to Yildez who is always smiling and ready to help. She is a asset to the hotel.

Rooms need a bit of a upgrade now.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff has excellent reception, especially (Gizem), she was very cooperative and professional . We will repeat the stay when we next visit Istanbul
