Graziella Gold Hotel

Just mazing! The hotel exceeded all expectations! I usually write reviews in this case or the exact opposite. Our 3 night stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready early and we were checked in early and were also invited to a complimentary breakfast. It was unexpectedly nice. The hotel is very - very clean, warm (January), and fresh. Two fast elevators, nice hallways with dehumidifiers for humidity. Terrace with a view on the top floor. The room has good noise insulation, this becomes clear when you open the window to the busy street. If you wish to sleep during the day, and you are sensitive sleepers, take earplugs with yourself. Everywhere smelled nice, was perfectly clean, cozy, everything worked properly. The shower was hot at any time, the water pressure is great. The mattress was not hard and not too soft, the bed linen was snow white and perfectly ironed. The curtains are blackout. The room had a refrigerator, safebox, slippers, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, water, toiletries. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen, towels, replenishment of water, coffee, tea, was made every day. Turkish breakfast was tasty, every morning changed hot dishes. Internet was fast and stable. A big plus is the presence of a spa zone in the hotel. With hamam, sauna, swimming pool. Hotel guests can use the spa area at no extra charge. And it was also very nice to relax after an active day in winter. Everything worked perfectly in the spa zone, it was clean, the water in the pool was warm and the steam rooms were hot. Also we were pleased with the location, near a lot of different types of transport, a large transport interchange, you can easily get to anywhere in the city. There are enough cafes, restaurants, stores around the hotel. We are very grateful to all the hotel staff for their work, our stay was amazing thanks to your coordinated work and attention. Breakfast was same everyday. There wasn't much selection of pastries or crossiants. The staff were rude there, bang on 10am they switched coffee machines off, took away all serving spoons ect so no one could put any more food in. If you was already sat there you still couldn't top up or get another coffee ect..

Actually I like everything in this hotel, first of all is because the building is new, the staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, the house keeping is doing great, the breakfast is excellent with various choices, the staff at the restaurant refill foods regularly when necessary, the location is amazing, the hotel is surrounded with huge number of touristic markets, restaurants and pharmacies. The hotel is just 5 minutes walking to the metro and tramway stations. Busses and taxies are there whenever you need. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Graziella Gold Hotel and Spa in Istanbul, Turkey and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean and modern with a contemporary feel. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of healthy options to choose from. While the hotel could use some repairs here and there, I was impressed with how quickly the staff responded to any issues that arose. Overall, I would give this hotel 4 stars for its excellent service and staff friendliness. Thank you

The best hotel staff. Feeling like staying with your family. They are arranging your needs before even you ask for it. Special and big thanks to Ms. Meltem at reception for the continuous support. The best friends Mr. Ali and Mr. Ismail at night shift for the quick response. A few seconds from calling them, and you would find what you need on your doorstep. Area is very live with Yenikapi metro station just 3 minutes from the hotel. Many money exchanges are around, sim cards, restaurants, and supermarkets. Hotel staff has arranged also in keeping my luggage during my trip to trabzon until coming back to the same hotel. Very neat, spacious, perfect swimming pool and nice breakfast buffet. I really can not find words to thank you more. Stay blessed. Will come back for sure if i come back to Turkey.

Hotel as described. Hotel was clean throughout. Situated in a very busy road/ area but positive is that everything is available locally, metro station and tram stations a 7 min or so walk away.

To make for a better service , water on reception would have been good. The description listed bottled water available. Would be a nice touch in the hot weather and journey from the airport. A little unimpressed with the breakfast- no fresh juice and a variation from boiled eggs to scrambled eggs etc would have made it more interesting.

Nice staff, very helpful and always available. Good position : public transports nearby, you can choose Yenikapi train/metro station or Aksaray tram station to reach the center. The road below is busy and noisy, but acceptable. If you stay at the 4th floor, every morning you will start around 8 am to hear noises from upstairs (breakfast time), especially the heavy chairs moving. From the balcony you can see the sea :D the room is nice (413), but some problems should be fixed : upper shower jet, sewer smell and window. We relaxed in the pool but we were a little bit upset because the water was very cold (beginning of May!) In any case, we really love our stay. Thanks to all the staff :D

Long story short: it definitely costs the money. The design of the room was just right and exactly what i wanted and needed. Great placing, professional and polite stuff. Great breacfast and terrace. Especially I would like to point out the pool. Perviously some people in the reviews reported that the pool is way too cold for them. I was a bit concernd but well, it's changed. When i stayed there the pool was really warm and nice, so don't be afraid of getting cold water nowadays.

Staff really helpful and polite, especially front office staff and housekeeping staff are doing their job really good. Spa was perfect and location is nice, from one site is Yenikapi Marmaray metro station, from other is Aksaray tram and metro. Everything clean and very polite.

Breakfast can be improved with more options, but steel is good. Rooms are a bit smaller than described on the site. But in general everything good.

Very good and lively location felt safe if coming back late, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff were all amazing from the reception to the room service, and especially Mr. Sabit who was very cheerful and welcoming and guided us on our daily trips. We really enjoyed our stay at Graziella Gold Hotel and would sure come back again.
