New and Clean facilities. Good location.

I was at the last floor at 12 and you can easily open the window which is really large and offers a high risk for anybody to fall off.

Very convenient location if you come by car and don't want to drive around the city traffic. Enough parking space. Easy access from highway. Metro station nearby with lots of connections. Everything is as described - real 4 star hotel. Clean, neat, good food, friendly personell. Mr. Ramazan and all the front desk staff were very helpful with all our additional requests. It feels like they really care about their guests.

The rooms facing the highway are little bit noisy but the trains stop before midnight anyway and it is not a big deal. The view is better from this side, however. If you are a lite sleeper, you can pre-order a room facing the other direction. It is much quieter. Checked and confirmed.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The compliments were a big surprise and definitely made us feel special. Free internet and a safe box is a plus. The nearest shopping mall is just 10 minutes walk.

The view from 12 & 13 floors is amazing, but the windows could be cleaner. The shower head needs replacing as half of the water doesn't go through there.

Staff were super helpful, friendly and polite. Room are cleaned regularly. Breakfast is good. It is what you would expect from a four star hotel. We had a good time, thank you!

Generally everything good. Our curtain was broken but the staff tried their best to fix it.

Breakfast menu was good. Fair choice of non-Turkish TV stations. Close to Axis Mall and Metro station. Staff can arrange for a nurse to come and do PCR for you at the comfort of the hotel, for 200 or 250 TL. Printed result in 24 hours.

Metro passing-by can be a bit noisy at night if you select the sea view rooms. No shower door. Toilet is not heated. Water pressure is low in high floors.

Mr Ali at reception was an outstanding staff. he supported and guided alot. Other staffs were also quite helpful. Axim mall was few minutes walk that helped alot. Room at 12 floor had a view of entire city.

location is bit outside the tourist place. Other staff should also learn little bit of english. rooms and lobby can be more bigger

actually it was such great experience every thing was good.. the staff was very helpful and the hotel was so clean … I really like the experience and for sure I will recommend this hotel for all my friends…

they had confused the whole reservation. we were several families and we had to clarify again on the spot who should be accommodated in which room, how many people are in a room, etc. provided that we have specified it in the reservation.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Its right in the middle where you can drive to Bosphoures in the east,Bakirkoy in the south, or Esenyurt in the west. The staff are super friendly, special thanks to Ali & Celal. Parking slot is also available.
