Everything was great but if I want to say what was the best thing… it was the staff they were so good and polite to me and my wife “Tahir, Nadire, Husnie, Chare, Murat Can and Kubra and that’s all I can remember lol the moment you arrive you feel comfortable and believe me I had some terrible experience going to other hotels in Istanbul. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good so if you’re thinking of coming here don’t Hesitate

the only downside is the street slop that you have to walk to the hotel from the main street is very steep so If you’re old and not a fan of Taxi or coming on a budget I wouldn’t suggest coming here, other than that this place has nothing that I don’t like

We've got upgraded and the decor of the hotel and rooms is very pretty! Good stay near Ortakoy mosque and the Bosphorus what is a lovely secondary area in Istanbul - really easy to catch a bus to Domalbahce Palace and other nearby locations, like Galata Tower.

We've arrived around 2pm to do the check-in, and hat to wait until 4pm until our room was ready. You'll need to climb a lot to reach the hotel, as the road is really steep! The housemaid didn't clean our room on the second day, neither refilled the waters on the mini bar. Some things in the rooms are already looking old, like dirt in some areas of the carpet.

I initially booked this penthouse so we get a nice view of the fireworks in New Year's eve since they usually do it in the Bosphorus bridge. But sadly, there were no fireworks then because the city was on lockdown. We ended up doing barbecue since they have a grill in the terrace. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It's a bit pricy but I think it's all worth it. The penthouse is really spacious. There's a huge TV in the living room and another in the bedroom. Both with Netflix. Bed and pillows were really comfortable to sleep in. And the bathroom looked really elegant. The only thing I didn't like about it is that water floods outside the shower room. We also enjoyed the spa bath. Staff were nice and welcoming. And the breakfast, which they serve in your room because of covid, was perfect.

The location was okay since you get a perfect view of the Bosphorus bridge which is really beautiful at night. But the building is located in a quiet street on a hill. No metro station nearby. So we always have to get a taxi to go places.

I had an amazing stay at Malta Bosphorus Hotel! The view from the fourth floor overlooking the Bosphorus Bridge was so very nice. The bed and pillows were clean and so comfy - I had a fantastic night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently. And the delightful cup of authentic Turkish coffee was the perfect touch ☕. The breakfast was a highlight - plentiful with a wide variety of options.

Spectacular views on the Bosphorus Bridge from the Penthouse! Spacious and clean room with terrace. Hotel located near Ortakoy.

Breakfast consisted of: 1 egg, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato and a drink. And 30 min wait for serving these items :) Wifi was poor.

The hotel is located within a short downhill walk from the bustling centre of Ortakoy which offers a host of excellent eateries and shopping facilities. The room I stayed in was spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The shower was excellent and the water pressure was almost therapeutic. Above all, the staff were extremely kind and always happy to help with a broad smile even when they struggled to understand me. I highly recommend this place.

I’m pleasantly share my impressions about this hotel. Everything - cleanliness, facilities, heating-cooling system is beyond satisfactory. Room service is just perfecto 👌 My cousin and I got a flu. They sent lemons to our room several times in a day. Btw each member of staff is very kind and supportive. I couldn’t find another hotel in this location with such a great quality. Well worth to stay there!

Relatively good location, it was clean, comfortable bed.

No parking! The breakfast was one and the same for all people, no matter if you can eat the served food, served personally. For drinks - only black coffee/tea and water. If you order something different you should pay.

The staff is really nice, friendly and warm welcoming and the location especially when you get out of the hotel you have a tiny beautiful view of the bridge. And you have excellent connections to other places!

There were some toilet flushing noises coming which was a bit annoying.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The staff was very friendly and upgraded our room for free. We got there early in the morning and our room wasn´t ready but they offered us breakfast for free. The room was beautiful was super spacious. It was a wonderful stay!
