The view is amazing, staff is super friendly and attentive. They always offer you free coffee and tea and try to help you with everything, The room is beautiful and clean. We did not eat at the hotel although there was a breakfast option. There are tons of nice locations to eat around the hotel. you just have to be aware of the fact that it’s in front of a mosque obviously, so you’ll hear the muezzin. starting in Friday night, there are roof tops around with music until midnight. It didn’t bother us at all since I expected that. To sum it up, it was an unforgettable stay with nice people around. Thanks!

This is a 'boutique hotel'. It is very unique and quaint! I liked the ideal of the very old age of the property. The management ought to highlight the history (or a story) of the property, because there is surely a story there! The hotel is located next to a popular restaurant The Cafe, which is not related to the hotel, The Stay. The restaurant has a great view and is right on the water! The square outside of the hotel is fantastic and a great place for people-watching and also catching a ferry! There are several shops, eateries, cafes, and bars, dotted around this cool square! There is a ferry station right there on this square! This hotel is in a terrific location. The rooms are appointed nicely, and the beds and linens are very comfortable. The staff is friendly, upbeat, kind, helpful and accomodating! I'll stay here again!

The hotel was difficult for the taxi driver to find. The reception desk did finally come to find me to help me to the hotel which was very kind of them! The room I originally purchased was called 'city view', but it was a view of the very close building next door.

The stay Bosphorus has one of the most beautiful Bosphorus view . I have booked a standard deluxe room then I got an upgrade to a suite , both have a marvelous views . Also , what I admire is the design and the architecture of its interiors . in addition , the most staff of the the stay Bosphorus are friendly and want you to feel like you are home . I would like to thank MR Cem for being keen to provide assistance and making sure that I was having the best experience at the hotel .

the things I did not like is that the hotel is surrounded by nightclubs , so sleeping was like a challenge for me. I spent 3 sleepless nights in there! ! if you are a morning person like me , I don't recommend this hotel . but if you are more into nightlife, then , this is the best place to stay .

Every morning, I watched a well-dressed woman in front of Ortaköy Mosque having her photograph taken by a professional photographer.The scenery is as beautiful as a postcard, with the breeze from the Bosphorus.If you stay here for a few days, you will be close to the words of Orhan Pamuk in his novel “Istanbul”. He used to enjoy seeing the Asian side from Beşiktaş, especially during sunrise.It's true that Ortaköy is far from the Garata Bridge, but it only takes half an hour to sail to　Eminönü.You can also take an Otobüs to Karaköy. Don't forget the magic words "Burada ineceğimiz" to indicate that you will get off the bus. (2023 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.My heart goes out to those affected by the disaster. I hope things will get better soon.)

Sadly, at midnight, I felt like I was in a movie theater with the Dolby system(R) because of the bass coming from the hall or so on where the hopeful young next generation may be gathering.

Nicely decorated rooms and common areas. Very Friendly accommodating staff. Great views.

Room is overcrowded and not that functional - clothes rack but no closet / large furniture - pedestal? Drawers? But no desk. Bathroom nice but is a glass cube and you cannot turn on the light in the night without lighting up the whole room Can be quite noisy with the clubs next door open until 4 and the call to prayer. No breakfast on offer - although there are probably lots of choices around

The location is amazing and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the interior was so beautiful and I loved the Christmas decorations. The scent if the lobby was really aromatic and relaxing. I highly recommend it for a short stay.

the noise from outside especially during weekends night hardly slept. and in the middle of the night the was a strong disco music that woke us up. I believe there is no good soundproof.

The staff were incredible helpful and really lovely - they made our stay very nice. Our room was a great size, and the bathroom was lovely. The breakfast that was included was really delicious and the restaurant staff were really attentive. They kindly organised us transfers whenever we needed them and provided recommendations when we asked.

The location is tough - not necessarily where the hotel is situated as its in a really nice part of Istanbul, however the hotel is located next to some very loud nightclubs and bars. There is incredibly loud music on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights - the staff were very apologetic about it, but it is something people should know when booking weekend stays. The music wraps up around 1am most nights though, so it didn't bother us a whole deal as we were out late most nights anyway, but certainly keep that in mind if you sleep early or are a light sleeper. It is also on the pricey side with not a huge amount of benefits. Regardless, I enjoyed our stay.

The views from around the hotel were amazing. I felt like I was in a postcard. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. One gentlemen (I think the restaurant manager) was great! He spoke perfect English and was able to answer any questions we had. The front desk staff was also very helpful in arranging taxis for us every evening. Furthermore, the room had two individual rooms inside, which was a nice surprise! Perfect for a family of 3 or friends sharing. And last but not least, the food was just wonderful!

I was a bit disappointed with front desk staff (particularly a younger woman) who didn’t follow up on information we requested or didn’t double check before asking for payment on items that were already paid. Nothing major, but good to take note of.

the staff was extremely friendly and helpful . cam , furkan , Emrah and the entire team was amazing . the location was fabulous. you are in main ortakoy which is so lively and beautiful . the view from the rooms is spectacular!

the rooms are super tiny so if it’s two people with bags you do feel cramped . only the heater was working, when asked about switching on the air con , I was explained that since it was winter, the air con couldn’t be put on . so the room was hot and not well ventilated . the food in the room service menu is pretty expensive and not the best quality . i had asked for pancakes with maple they came burned and with some sort of molasses :(

the location was amazing the views over the Bosphorous breathtaking. the rooms although quite small have everything you need - I would recommend you add all of the in-room facilities you offer to your description. Tea, coffee, hairdryer, minibar. toiletries, bath robes, slippers etc. The shower was fantastic. Having the linen changed daily was also lovely.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming for the cost - we only had this on our first morning and then chose to eat out after that.
