Very friendly staff. Great property. Clean and cozy. Traditional Turkish breakfasts were really tasty. Located near a ferry stop. Highly recommend it for getting around the city.

The location is a bit far from the city center. 20 min just to get to the nearest tram stop.

This is definitely my favorite hotel in Beşiktaş. Well located, on a quiet street but close to the main tourist spots, it also has very comfortable rooms. There is a bus stop not far from the hotel, including for Havaist buses that go to Istanbul Airport. There is also a ferry pier nearby. The room is cleaned daily, and it has everything you need to make tea or coffee, and also bottled drinking water. Very comfortable bed. There is a work space if you need it.

Breakfast could be a little bit better, but that's not a big deal. Otherwise everything is fine.

Very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean rooms, excellent breakfast and a very convenient location- the hotel was a very good choice and definitely a value for money. The staff would make the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and assist us with our request.

The room is spacious, clean, lovely design, comfortable bed, baby crib available. Smart tv, we used phone streaming (unfortunately wifi isn’t working in it). Location is amazing, 5 mins waking to bosphorus and bus station with many restaurants around. We didn’t try to the free breakfast since we eat out. Staff is very lovely, helpful and friendly specially the lady in the reception, and the talk english! (that’s very rare in turkey). It’s a very good hotel if you’re looking for a place just to stay in without facilities and luxurious hotel services. Overall we had a very nice stay.

-The room was VERY HOT! AC wasn’t working because they shifted to winter system! (although its Autumn not winter yet and not that cold) that was a very downside to us, because we couldn’t leave the window open at night since its located in a loud street, with a barking dog around. - The fridge wasn’t cool because its in a cabinet and the heat from the fridge cant escape to cool it. - No housekeeping at night, couldn’t get tissues until morning.

The staff were so great and they’re what really makes this place what it is! Location is very good, just close enough to the bustling Besiktas area without the noise and crowds. The place is clean and secure. Sure the shower floods a bit like the other reviews say but that’s a very minor issue. The breakfast was delicious and overall a good experience.

I had booked the superior room, we were given a room on the first floor but there was a wall blocking the window so the room had essentially no daylight and it felt claustrophobic. I asked for another room but they were fully booked for 2 of the 4 nights of our stay. They were able to get us into another room for nights 3 & 4 but I was disappointed and surprised that the room’s situation wasn’t stated on the room description or I wouldn’t have booked it in the first place. In the end they made it right and upgraded us to a deluxe suite with no extra charge.

beds are not comfortable. Be careful if you are more than two they will charge any extra person 30 euros per night. Even if they are just visiting you and not staying at the hotel.

Staying at pearl suites was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles “Especially anisah ”and made us feel right at home. The room was not only clean and comfortable but also nicely decorated. The hotel's location was good, with several restaurants within walking distance. Furthermore, the breakfast served at the hotel is very nice and they serve it in the Turkish way , The guy serving the food was very nice Overall, our experience with pearl suites is good. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, excellent service, and beget friendly.

The street was quite small, so if you order a taxi, you will have to be prepared before it arrives because it will block the street.

(+) We love all the staff who treat us like family, shout o Nisa at the receptionist who upgraded our room for free, Mevlut and Nisa's mother at resto who were served us the simple yet best Turkish breakfast (+) Large Room, including their complement with baby cribs and sofa bed (+) Very close only walking distance to 3 historical Mosque Camii ( Ertugrul Tekke Camii, Hamidiye Camii, Mimar Sinan Camii), Yildiz Park, and beautiful Ortakoy area

(-) No stopping nor parking area in front of hotel, made us bit rush during drop-off from taxi (-) A bit distance from Kabatas Metro Tram Station، but you can reach Besiktas Meydani bus station in less than 5 mnts walking

Location: in the heart of Besiktas - 500 M (walking distance) from for us one of the best part of Istanbul with hundreds of caffe bars, restaurants etc. Hotel is in quiete street Presonal: very friendly and helpfull, always with smile Breakfast: truly nothing special but who cares about breakfast in Istanbul with so Many places to eat. HOTEL: new, very clean, all the best, fast internet, every day new bottles of water, perfect Hope to come again
