We really enjoyed our stay here and the boutique feel of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved that we had a balcony and view of the city where we could sit and drink our coffee in the mornings. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that the AC was located over the bed so it kept the room nice and cool. We enjoyed the included breakfast as it was a really nice way to start our day and we didn't have to go searching for food in the mornings. The staff were very friendly and dropped off water bottles to us everyday and cleaned our room. We also loved the location. The hotel is on a very quiet street and we didn't hear any city noise, but we were just a few blocks from dozens of cafes and restaurants and the night life. We would definitely book here again!

The elevator was a bit small and claustrophobic

The location was on a quiet street, very near to some of Istanbul's attactions. There is a street full of cafe and bars just a few steps down and the Bosphorus are a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was huge with a sofa that fit two adults and even came with a washer & dryer to help your rotation. There are also several groceries shops around the corner which helps if you want to get some snacks or supplies.

Only one english channel on TV and wifi not strong enough to load streaming videos (youtube/ netflix etc.). The lockset is a little antiquated but is safe enough.

The staff were amazing very nice and helpful. The location is great all restaurants around and close to everything. If you r travelling with a family I highly recommend.

The mattress, pillows, linens and curtains. The management need to replace them. Too old we struggled to sleep.

the staff (Hande , Khalil and Burak) were extremely amazing, very kind and made our stay very comfortable, we can’t thank them enough and we are looking forward to meet them again soon the hotel (suites) are clean, new, comfortable and well equipped The view wasn’t bad but it looks just to a quiet street The breakfast in the morning was very nice and well prepared with good traditional varieties The Wi-Fi was fast and easily connected The location is not so close to bus or metro station although it’s 7-10 minutes walking to the nearest station … the reception staff always helped with getting us a taxi though The neighborhood was quiet and clean with a so close activity area of restaurants and bars near supermarkets are available we had a great time there and we are sure looking forward to come back (Ahmed _Rasha_talia_Alia)

The location is very good, many restaurants and shops around and close to public transport. The rooms are spacious and very warm in winter. Table and iron, washing machine and dryer can be found in the room.

Despite the fact that the staff is quite kind and friendly (especially the guy at the reception), they are extremely slow to serve and unintuitive (for example at breakfast you have to ask them to bring you plates for serving and when you ask them to bring you water, I'll bring you the smallest possible glass, even though it's tap water). The breakfast is also not extremely rich and varied. They should work a little more on diversifying and improving services.

The breakfast was good. It was my first time of being treated to a typical Turkish breakfast and I found it exciting and also interesting. Quite rich with a bit of everything. As a tea lover, I enjoyed the tea most.

My flight arrived at 5.00 am and I arrived the hotel at about 6.30 or 7.00. The hotel asked me to pay for an early check in (though negotiated). I felt that this should have been overlooked since I already indicated an early arrival. Anyway, I was offered tea upon my arrival and I enjoyed every bit of it.

A beautiful hotel and very clean. The staff is wonderful and very nice, especially Miss Hande. She is wonderful and kind. The food is quite good. The rooms have a wonderful view. I recommend them to all. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

only thing is the parking lot, because the area in general is crowded, but it is not a problem with the hotel

This property is in the heart of Beşiktaş area, close to the world renowned Dolmabahçe Palace, Beşiktaş stadium, with easy access to Taksim, Şişli, and many other areas. If you're traveling with family and looking for a furnished flat/suite that is reasonably priced, this is a reasonable place.

The windows did not have screens, which meant we either kept them closed and used the AC, or opened them and had bugs flying into the room. This would be a small investment with great returned value to customers.

We were extremely happy for choosing this charming family-run hotel for our wedding guests. Everybody was happy with the stay. The location is perfect in a small side street of the heart of Besiktas. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and well maintained and some of them have breathtaking views on the Bosporus. The breakfast was delicious with some freshly cooked warm Turkish meals such as Menemen and Börek. The Italian restaurant on the ground floor is also very recommendable. But most amazing was the reception team around Serhat - they helped wherever they could around our wedding organisation and were always available. Their rates are very decent for what you get, compared to 3 or 4 star hotels around. For us there is only one choice when coming to Istanbul and this is Turkuaz suites 🙌

There was only one little issue with the warm water supply but the team fixed it within 15 minutes 👍

The breakfast was good, yet i feel that more varieties can be added. The location is simply perfect. It is in the heart of besiktas and is near to other beautiful locations. The staff are very friendly and helpful and Hande is surely amazing in how she treats customers and facilitates things.
