To the management of Midtown Hotel Taksim: I am pleased to say that my stay at yours Hotel has been excellent and has surpassed all my expectations. The staff specially (Funda , Anour and Ferat) was very wonderful, cooperative and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The location of hotel is located in midtown of Taksim and surrounded with a lot of restaurants , supermarkets and cafes. Moreover, the hotel is safe for tourists specially Arab families and recommended staying in . Thank you for your excellent hospitality, and I hope to stay at Midtown Hotel again soon. I booked my room via booking.com and i made a mistake by reserving for 1 adult instead of 2 and guess what!! Mr Ferrat (the receptionist) fixed the reservation for us without extra payments moreover he upgraded our room to a big suite corner room without any extra charges!! It was an excellent experience! Mr Ferrat is very helpful, very professional and he is fluent in english! The hotel is clean, the rooms and the bathrooms also! The breakfast is based on a high quality food and they applied all the safety measures. The staff is very kind specially Emreh! Thank you guys for that awesome experience!

We totally recommend this hotel for its hospitality, great comfort both in the private and in the common areas, good location for turistic purpose (as it is close to airport shuttle bus, public transportation and a few minutes walk from central promenade Istiklal). Near Midtown Hotel there are many shops, restaurants and bars. Our room was lovely and it exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was very good and varied and all facilities in the room were great. We appreciated the lack of noise from other rooms, the quality of sheets and pillows, also tea, water and coffee in the room and bath supplies. Special thanks to Mr Taner and Mr Mehmet from the bar for their wonderful birthday surprise and professionalism during our stay, they are wonderful people! We will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family and will come back soon!

Nothing not to like, everything was wonderful!

We stayed at Midtown Hotel for a week in July 2022. We were a large group and had five rooms in the hotel. The hotel has a prime location right by Taksim Square. The staff at Midtown Hotel was incredibly service minded and provided very personalized service which made everyone feel unique. We were greeted with big smiles from the staff every day. And on top of that, all the staff were incredibly helpful. One of our rooms was upgraded to a larger one at no extra cost. We were also given an extra bed for one night, also at no extra cost. The rooms were incredibly clean and the cleaning was fantastic every day. Breakfast at the hotel was also fantastic. I would like to give special thanks to a few people on the hotel staff who made our stay extra special. Thanks to Funda, Ferat, Özkan, Onut and Ceren. See you again!

This is my third stay at Midtown and for sure will not be the last The location is perfect, 5-10 minutes walk to taksim Square, lots of good restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding area The hotel is clean,  room size is good, the staff are super friendly and helpful especially Taner. No complains  at all Thank you Midtown for making our stay so  comfortable ❤

The hotel place was perfect everything near to you and the staff was good and nice and the hotel is a family hotel the room super clean and nice the bed really nice and the time you not in the room and ask for clean they really clean it good I really like it and the hotel safety even if your stuff outside they won't touch it they leave it in same place it's perfect hotel for family to stay in the night shift reception was so cool and friendly and nice even they can deley the time for check out 1 hour more

if you want to bring guests the won't allow the guests to enter the hotel only if you did check in the first time some how you can hear the sound of the other rooms and the ac off you will feel hot sometime so you need to open the window when we ask them they say we can't turn it on beacuse out side is cold and when u open the window you can hear the noise outside all what we hope they allow guests and open ac hotel it's not for solo travelers

Excellent location less than five minutes walk to Taksim Square, yet it is located in quiet neighbourhood, very comfortable bed, breakfast is delicious hot section is not boring like some other hotels as there are different dishes and soups on a daily basis, pastries, jam, kaymak, honey, fresh fruit and vegetables, breads, nuts and dry fruits, cereals, and different hot and cold beverages, and more, special thanks to chef Imrah who made a delicious Chakcouka for me, he was courtous and attentive. Very helpful, friendly, and responsive staff at reception, housekeeping, room service and everyone working there welcomed us with smile everytime we stepped in or out of the premises, I d like to thank Mesoud, Funda, Ismail, Yusef, Halil, , Ömer for the above mentioned and all the Front office team and room service and restaurant staff. I highly recommend Midtown and I will gladly stay here again.

We have stayed for more than 2 weeks in midtown hotel .. it was great choice , we had noticed the amazing staff (kuber and ferat ) they helped us in every thing .. we feel home .. its very comfortable for the family.. they are superb .. (funde) was so helpful in our planing for our tour and I can't forget the breakfast staff were excellent.. and the breakfast was delicious and so many choices 😋 We will give them 10\10 Albalushi suleiman/wife 😊

We got a warm welcome and willing to support, help and answer any question The hotel location is excellent close to heart of the TAKSIM square We booked 2 rooms and in one of them we were upgraded to a suite room without demanding Before leaving we asked to have our room for another hour and were answered yes, all for free We even got the intention to buy things from the area around, all with smile and willing The hotel has a high level of cleanliness and a good breakfast No doubt, we will stay at it again Best regards , Jacob Wahbi and family

I really loved everything of this hotel .. it made my trip safe, easy and enjoyable because I was with two little babies and I was so afraid of having this combo hotel .. and luckily I found this hotel .. it is the best .. literally in everything.. the staff are amazing and so helpful and nice .. I had an early check in .. extended my stay and took the best rate .. the breakfast is amazing and everyday you have something new .. the rooms are comfy, quite and has all the essentials.. the lifts are big and fit our big stroller .. the location of the hotel is five minutes away from taxim square and the metro surrounded by so many shops and restaurants.. I want to thank every one of you from the lovely staff for making this trip amazing.. you deserve the best ❤️
