The staff are pleasant and always willing to help, especially Ali. The location is very good and in a nice neighborhood. The standard rooms are a bit small for two people but the family rooms are quite spacious. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Modus.

It was a short walk to the American hospital.The facilities were very good.The staff were amazing .I had many interesting discussions with Ali,the night manager .The managers were both very flexible in extending our booking due to the ill health of my father.They were truly supportive and empathetic.

The staff was more than friendly and fulfilled my every wish. Thank you once again. The breakfast was good and enough. The rooms were clean. The location is ok. The hotel is about 12 - 15 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. It takes about 5 - 7 minutes to walk to the street with restaurants.I can recommend the hotel for a short stay and would book it again.
