Vital Hotel Fulya Istanbul Sisli

I have spent 20 days in this hotel in 2021. I was in a main building and for me, it was the best hotel I was in Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the comfort of the rooms is excellent. It was very clean. I and my husband spent a great time. During my last stay, the staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. I recommend the hotel.

I can not remember if they put in the room description that I will not be in the main building but in the new one across the street. I was feeling not very safe there because there was no receptionist during the night. The internet in the new building was quite poor, and this time the carpet was not so clean. The room was noisy because there were some holes in the windows and the siphon in the shower cabinet wasn't working properly.

the location was great and the room was clean and have a good space , the reception people always have smile on there faces and were kind and helpful check in and check out with irem was fast didn’t wait at all 😍

This is a fantastic hotel I will come back to probably every time I come to Istanbul. It’s new the manager told me. Didn’t know that. It’s perfect for me. I’m a picky person. Travelled a lot and stayed in everything from Four Season and the best hotels in the world to cheap hotels you don’t want to come back to. So I know when something is really good. The beds is amazing, so many pillows. Really comfortable. You can decide temperature yourself which is perfect for me who easily freeze. It’s really clean. The room service is perfect. So good food and perfect is you also like healthy salads. And then they have the best massage. It’s 10/10. I really recommend the Balinese massage 80 minutes. You will feel like a new person! Everybody is really friendly, wants to help. And it’s 2 water included in the price every day. This hotel could be much more expensive but it’s not and the quality you get for your money is extremely good. So don’t miss this hotel. It feels like home for me. I will be back!

Personnel is excellent, young dynamic highly professional and proactiv. Location. Design everywhere, very high level brand materials, better than 5 stars hotels. Silence. Amazing smell of new and perfumed everywhere. Breakfast top level everything is homemade and feels like home in the morning, Restaurant Manager checks personally and tastes every dish on the selfservice breakfast tables, I have noticed this important care detail when I have had very early breakfast. SPA. What I like most is the idea to come back in Vital Hotel.

We were welcomed with a pleasant scent in the lobby and were greeted by Maral at the reception who was really helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. Luckily we were able to check-in early right when we arrived (at about 11 a.m) which was nice and it didn’t have any additional costs. There were multiple disinfectant sprays placed on the floors and on breakfast tables and next to each elevator which was nice. The breakfast situation was managed well due to Corona since there was a chef who would take your order and fix your plate for you so there wouldn’t be any direct contact between the guests and the buffet food. The air conditioning was absolutely great. Our room (the triple room) was spacious and comfortable and the shower was great! The staff were friendly. The management was great and was really caring. I ordered dinner once (an Anatolian Pizza) it was a simple pizza but it tasted great and the size was actually big.

Although the hotel is located in a great neighborhood, there aren’t much interesting places within walking distance. The distance to Cevahir mall is not much(950m) but it’s a really steep street (Cevahir being on the hill) so we ended up taking a taxi every time and almost to everywhere (Taksim sqr,…) FYI: In Istanbul short distances cost 14.5TL by taxi

Amazing staff. Very helpful and friendly. Nurses were really sweet and ready to help after surgery. Nice and scenic walking location to the mall and other cute local shops and parks. It was a great place to be after surgery. The restaurant staff were also friendly and prompt and respectful. Everyone seemed ready to help you in whatever way they can. Cleanliness is top tier. I felt very comfortable.

Although the food was great. I wish there were more variety for the prepaid meals.

Modern hotel, convenient location, the staff is really the best part of the entire hotel, everyone is exceptionally lovely and particularly at reception and with baggage. Very helpful, very polite, and very friendly! Great wifi, good rooms, clean bathrooms. The staff even welcomed me with a box of chocolates once! Very lovely touch.

Sometimes cleaning staff should be a bit more careful with changing the pillowcases between visitors, or not piling the unwashed decorative pillows on the bed linen as sometimes this can defeat the purpose of putting on clean pillowcases, otherwise great!

everything was clean and tidy and the hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful… i recommend this hotel for everyone comes to Istanbul because it is almost near everywhere you want to go..!!!

-if you have a car the parkings are like 50m away from the hotel and the gate is closed after sunset so if you want to park you have to stop on the road and ask the stuff to come and open the door -when I entered the room I noticed that the window was opened so closed it but it was too late because a bug already entered the room luckily it was just on the net of the curtain only so i took it out by my self because i called and they took long time to come and i was in hurry…

Breakfast, staff are friendly, cleanliness, comfortable bed and sheets. The interior design of the rooms with the cool lightings. Everything was superb except the things I'll mention down below.

1. They booked me in the suites across the street. I had to cross the street every morning to have breakfast. Maybe the main hotel was full, not a big deal tbh. 2. Also the restaurant (where we have breakfast) had some flies on the 3rd day. It should be taken care of. 3. It's too expensive. Paid $400 for 3 nights and it's a 4 star hotel. It's a nice hotel but that's too much. Also there's a deposit of $200 that you take before checking out.

The hotel is located in a tranquil neighborhood and offers a pleasant, clean environment. The breakfast is satisfactory, but what truly stood out was the spa. The sauna, jacuzzi, and stone beds were not only very enjoyable but also included in the room rate, making our stay even more delightful.

It was the first time a hotel requested a deposit from me, which amounted to $200. Additionally, the hotel's location is less than ideal for taxi services, as drivers are often hesitant to accept rides from this area.
