This is my second visit in this hotel, it is the best hotel choice in Nişantaş's area. The location, which is in the heart of Rumali Street, and it offers good value for money. Overall, we had a wonderful time here. I am highly recommended this hotel for everyone who like to shopping in Nişantaş area. The nicest room with a balcony to book. Thank you very much to the hotel manager, Mr. Ozan, and his team, who were extremely helpful and friendly.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The hotel is in a perfect location in Nisantasi. Excellent and welcoming staff. Omar, Umet and the gentleman who works during afternoon and night time were very professional, friendly and helpful. The service employee was very helpful and attentive. I have to specially mention Cem who is very warm, friendly and facilitated our stay with his excellent recommendations. The hotel and the room was impeccable. Room was ample with a sofa. The bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Eventhough the hotel is in the center it was tranquil enough to have a good rest. I will definitely stay in this hotel on our next Istanbul visit!

Location was close to good restaurants, and shops. We found a Michelin rated restaurant very close to the hotel. Staff were very nice and resourceful, especially Ismail, who was very helpful when my husband lost his phone. Ismail and Aziz also managed the elevator crisis very well when it did not work.

The elevator had issues a few times during our stay and did not work. Nisantasi Traffic, and the noise starts very early in the morning and ends very late at night, but we did not mind it.

new and clean with perfect location for those aiming for shopping at Nisantasi. double glass so the room is quiet in a very noisy area. it’s an only room hotel so no restaurant but you’re in the middle of everything so coffee shops are a couple of minutes away. the staff and Selim are very helpful and professional. unlike so many in the hotel business in Turkey, Selim is straight forward and honest which makes the holidays more pleasant. if you just need a spacious clean and comfortable room it’s the perfect place.

Location and staff I would like to recognize Cem who was one of the best hotels staff I had ever met. Even when I had a small issue with AC and noise, Cem was helpful and active to help and support me. Thanks Cem for being professional and super kind. The location is really amazing for anyone who would like to have the best shopping experience in Nisantasi

location was excellent . room was clean & has everything ( in bathroom , they put towels and tissues clean in clean bags) reception staff were very helpful & welcoming us especially Mr . Selim /Cem & Endel. thank you The rooms hotel & it wont be my last visit

i wish if they had restaurant in the hotel . but it was not big deal for me because hotel is surrounded with variety of good restaurants.

The triple bedroom it was supposed to be an executive suite with a sofa bed but unfortunately it was a sofa only

Loved the location and how easily can be accessed by walking or car! Staff are very helpful and welcoming which is not always the case in Istanbul; Specifically Cem who went above and beyond to cater for all requests!! He’s a gem and I would definitely be back there just to enjoy his welcoming attitude!

Nothing to dislike but only feedback for some improvements like offering food service even if from a 3rd party restaurant 24/7 as it was a bit annoying to leave the hotel for food when you’re chilling:)

We did not know where to stay in Istanbul for a couple of days with my husband and 3 year old child. Our friends recommended staying in small boutique hotels. We were met by the manager Ozan, who told us everything and gave us a large room class up to the best in the hotel - a family room at a height. The room is excellent, and large comfortable for living with a child. The hotel team is in touch with you in the messenger, which is also very convenient. All issues are resolved very quickly. Of the minuses - the hotel does not have the opportunity to have breakfast, but there are a large number of cafes and restaurants around the corner. As well as a large shopping center with popular brands and a food court.

the hotel location is very centric and close to literally everything in the street by foot. the staff are very friendly and helpful there is a warm and family sense to their hospitality. I loved their a tentative and quick service. big thanks to the manager and all the other staff we met during our stay

although the hotel is clean and there is a very nice smell all around the hotel but I noticed that the toilet cleaning can be improved. but over all the hotel is clean and good if your are planning to be out and about most of the day. I will return back if I need to be close to nisantasi.
