This hotel has character and feels like home. The location is great. Only 2 min. walk to the Osmanbey metro and 10 min. from Taksim square, 20 min. walk through a nice park to Kabatas and Dolmabahce palace. The breakfast area is very clean and you can find every thing you need. Our room was big and very clean with excellent bathroom, every day cleaning and bottles of drinkwater. Wifi was also excellent. . But most of all, the personnel was great. Thanks to Elif, Elcin, Yildiz, Mehmet, Murat and Ahmet we did have an excellent time.

the windows are not soundproof.

location is good. I like the decoration. it was also a clean hotel. breakfast is good. friendly staff.

no corona precautions and some of the staff don't wear masks. the room was too much hot, they switched on the heating to the maximum level, I don't know why. but we couldn't sleep because of the heat. there was hair in the room, probably from the previous guest.

Many thanks to Mr Eren for his support and kindness. He helped us with everything and was always available. The stay and our room was amazing, especially for the location Nisantasi. You have everything you want in a few minutes in front of your front door like restaurant,, bars and shopping opportunities. our room was very clean, unfortunately the construction site was still there, but it didn't bother us at all. We would definitely come back in spring, thank you for everything. Greetings from Hamburg :)

We stayed for ten days at Jazz hotel and we really enjoyed it, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They really cared for us and made sure we felt welcomed. The location of the hotel is excellent for those who want to use public transport, it is five minutes from Osamnbey metro station and one stop from taksim. It is in a very good posh location, everything is around you nothing to worry about. I would definitely recommend Jazz hotel for anyone looking for somewhere good to stay.

Great location, 5 mins walk to Osmanbey Metro station, short walk to main shopping areas of Nisantasi and the City’s Mall. Large spacious room, with comfortable bed, separate closet to hang up clothes. TV by the end of the bed for morning and late night viewing. 24/7 reception, so felt safe at all times entering and leaving the hotel. Nice big shower.

Lights in the bathroom were a little dim, but not a big deal at all.

As soon as I had communication with Emrah the Manager at hotel,I felt super comfortable and confident,When you go to a city first time your biggest concern is safety of your family,we were family of 4 and were very well looked after from checking in staff at reception and 24 hours someone available at reception and you can’t enter property without permission door is always locked,Super safe,House keeping took care our rooms everyday and same goes for breakfast lady,I felt like I have been coming to hotel for many years that kind of feeling,I originally booked into a 5 star property but thank god I changed my mind for Jazz hotel which was 6 stars,from getting transportation to and from airport local sightseeing and best Bhosporos cruise they arranged nothing went wrong and I felt like part of their family.Every little thing I asked for was provided straight away,I will always stay here in future,Thanks to all the staff at hotel .I forgot to say the shower is like waterfall works after long tiring day amazingly great.

I am one of the returning customers. Always stay at the Jazz. The staff are always helpful and very friendly. The best of location ….close to shops, restaurants and metro !!

Unfortunately for us, there was construction by the hotel at the time of stay. Also, this time the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and if you plan on renting a car, I don’t advise you to as there is limited parking near the hotel.

Very good hotel! We really liked our vacation here!!! Clean cozy rooms. Location is nearby many shops and restaurants. Service is on very high level. Special thanks to the staff at reception!!! They are making all requests in seconds!!! Very professional! We asked for many things like milk in early morning, plates and spoons, everything was provided immediately. Rooms are very warm in winter time.

A spacious room with plenty of natural light. Comfortable enough bed. Fresh linen. A kettle for use. A minibar. Plenty of lighting options. Aircooling worked well. The rain shower was epic! P.S. Great neighborhood away from tourist traps and plenty of local food options around. P.S.S. Very friendly staff.

The wifi. It was abysmal. They tried fixing it too but to no effect. We relied on our data.

the room was very stylish and spacious for a boutique a hotel. the location is exeptional few steps away from the metro station and it is literally close to all the cafes restaurants shopping centers in nisantasi. The staff was amazingly helpful and very kind especially Murat. the room is very clean as well.
