The best thing about this hotel was the staff, they were super friendly and cooperative.

The value for money factor was slightly below expectation.

The suites were clean and cleaning lady P was quite helpful and cleaned the suite every single day of our stay, changed bedsheet, Towels new slippers and shower gels and shampoo etc. The hotel staff were helpful and quick to respond to any questions about the hotel or istanbul. We loved the suite because it was also well equipped kitchen unit, washing machine excelllent workibg fridge freezer. We cant fault any of their service. We all enjoyed our stay as a family. Breakfast was also marvellous. 👌.

We stayed at Serenity Suites in Istanbul and everything was great. Our room was very clean, and they cleaned it every day. The staff was really polite and always helped us. We loved our family room, it was big and comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff are very nice, location is good but far from metro, you need to have a car or ask for taxi, it is very close to 212 mall and mall of Istanbul, breakfast is almost the same plate everyday but in general i enjoyed with my family our stay for 7 days, i will come back for sure once be in Istanbul, i would like to thank everyone in the hotel who makes our stay very nice

Location , stuff are cooperative , cleaness , quite , sage , good option for family with kids , free and safe parking , and nice veiw for city.

Bathroom was very small. Breakfast was same in the room ( not buffet ) with no more options , the provided tea without suger , and did not provided coffe .

We are staying at this hotel for the second time. The first time we were only with my husband, and now - the whole family. The staff is extremely responsive. The location is good. The hotel has private parking. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The rooms are large and spacious. I recommend Serenity Hotel!

the location. it’s very far from all main attractions and the metro and with the traffic in istanbul it’s a nightmare to get around.
