CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul

Location is very good Staff are so welcoming especially Burak, Mjcahit, Ilyas and Umran The restaurant is so good with too many varieties, the staff are so lovely and welcoming especially Hisim and Mohamed, the chef is so professional and they are capable to offer you whatever you want even if it’s not on the buffet. I love this hotel and I will definitely repeat my experience here

I enjoyed a lot at (CVK Taksim) hotel. It is an elegant and safe hotel with an excellent location in the center of Taksim Square. Most importantly, the reception staff are wonderful and deal with politeness, smile and care, and their service is very wonderful and fast. All the hotel staff make you feel important and provide you with everything you need. The rooms are clean and beautiful, and everything is available. The view of the room was on the beautiful Taksim Street, and my wife enjoyed the view of the mosque and the pleasant movement of people. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was fast and elegant. I have been in love with this hotel for 7 years, and I will live in it every year, God willing. Ismail Alshatti - kuwait

Our stay at the CVK Taksim hotel was really good. The location is perfect. It is on the opposite side of Istiklal street (the center of taksim square) and on the top of Hafiz Mostafa the most popular beklawa store in Istanbul. In addition to the location, the staff was super friendly. Namely, Imran and Ilyas, were very kind and great hosts.

The standard room was a bit tight, especially that we like spacious rooms. But the staff was kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a bigger room at a very good rate!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Omran during my recent stay, and I must say, he truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Omran's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requests left a lasting impression. I highly recommend Omran for his outstanding service and dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Thank you, Omran, for making our visit unforgettable. The location of the hotel is exceptional. I highly recommend CVK for visitors.

As a traveler hitting big city like Istanbul which can get crowded in certain hours of the day CVK Taksim seats in Amazing location where every delay needs is just 2-5mnts walk as restaurant,bar,shopping center, hire cut salons, banks (ATM), money exchange,supermarket, taxi’s and much more are available until late opening hours, the staff of the hotel are very helpful especially Mr OMRAN YAVUZ who’s very professional helpful and speaks deferent languages and accurately informative when any queries are needed personally he made me more comfortable and looking forward to book in CVK Taksim for my next visit.

This was my 7th family trip to Istanbul and CVK certainly made it the best. Our experience started immediately the second i left the taxi, where the lady at the entrance made sure that our kids are comfortably seated and treated in the lobby and all luggage was taken care off with out us feeling. However, i must admit the reception staff are exceptional, as they concluded the check in and out in seconds and made sure the family are comfortably checked in the room. Across the stay, every staff we met made sure that we do not need anything and where very friendly with the kids and even assisted is in our activities outside the hotel although it is not part of their duties.

Wheel chair access to the hotel is the only missing thing

We were there for 5nighs … on the 3+4th nights a “family” of two women and 4 small kids were booked into the two rooms on either side of us …the kids were banging the doors running back and forth and crying until 2am and again @8am when they woke up … the mother did nothing and it was so annoying and rude … thankfully they only stayed the two nights

Very near and convenient for anyone would like to be in taksim area.

Everything was great and the morning front desk Elyes was very helpful as well as the porter. However we asked the porter to call a taxi to the airport, which turned out to be a very bad experience. The taxi driver was smoking in the car when we arrived so the car was full of smoke and unfortunately we couldn’t even open the windows because it was raining so heavily. On the way, the taxi driver was constantly on his mobile phone. After one phone call, he stopped the taxi and left the car to go and do an errand. At the airport, the taxi driver refused to drop us at our requested area because he wanted to pick up other passengers at an earlier departure point. We had to walk a long way to our entrance to the airport.
