- Overall quality of the building as it was not outdated everything was new and fancy. - The staff were super friendly and outgoing and spoke well considering language barriers. - Their services like breakfast and swimming pool were all of very good quality and enjoyable. - Room service, new towels and essentials everyday. - Location, bakirköy is a very safe and friendly place which is perfect to stay in. - best experience was seeing the cute cats that they take care of :)

- Misconception of price, i booked without knowing that the price differs according to how many people are staying in the hotel room, not the room itself. I think it’s something that should be mentioned when booking online.

I must say it was a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect, with convenient access to all the attractions and amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment. What truly stood out was the staff. They were not only friendly, but also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. From providing recommendations for local restaurants to assisting with any inquiries or requests, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers a great location, comfortable beds, spotless cleanliness, and a staff that is both friendly and helpful. It made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable.

Everything was perfect!

The staff is very helpful especially Mr Korhan he assisted to solve the problems of changed rooms he do his best to solve it as quick as possible also as I noted Mr. Yosef he do his job very well with all customs...location also is good the hotel beside amain street where you can find every thing you like ... but I advise not to take the room on main St. As it's noisy especially at night...public transport is available nearby the hotel ..... breakfast is normal it's not of top quality.

Daily cleaning isn't perfect you have to tell the old lady every time and repeatly to do her job.

Location is very good Close to two shopping malls (Carousel and Capacity). Walking to the Marina of BakirKoy Big Room

Noise of street in room Cleaning not happening everyday unless you request it. Pool was out of service for the full stay.

Very convenient location of the hotel, close to restaurants, shops and bus stop. Comfortable bed and such a big room! Great self-controlling split system. Very kind and helpful staff. They were very kind and always helped us;) Large and varied breakfasts, buffet style. The chefs and all the staff in this area are very professional! The staff at the spa were very cheerful and helpful to all guests:)

The spa is in need of a complete overhaul and there is quite a bit of mold throughout the area. Personally, we really missed the massage room :(

The location of Hotel is surrounded by shops. restaurants, malls, coffee shops, cold stores and it is a 10 minutes walk from Metro Station. Staff are so kind, supportive and meet you with big smile. Special thanks to Bulent, Hatice as they were too kind with us during breakfast and I enjoyed Bulent Coffee he did when I purchased it from coffee shop. Mr. Turgut in reception was kind and support us to have proper tour in the area and to know a nice placed to visit as well as support us during check out day. There are 2 guys with name Yusyf, Melisa & Alpaslan in reception are very welcomed and supportive too.

I booked for non-smoking room but I smell smoke comes inside my room every night from other rooms which was a disturb to my health and my wife health. Toilet and rooms can't be locked due to Hotel policy.

I absolutely loved my stay at the mercury hotel bakirkoy. This was my second time visiting and I couldn’t have been happier. The effort the put in to make you feel welcomed and the cleanliness and attention detail of the hotel is to such a high standard. I want to give a special thank you to yusuf and turgut . I had a few requests from them and they were more than happy to accommodate for me . I will be visiting again at the end of April and I cannot wait.

The staff are all super friendly and the cleanliness is to such a high standard. The spa facilities are also so great and the staff in those facilities always welcome you with a huge smile. I can’t sing their praises enough.

To be honest this is at least my 4th time staying at Mercure Bakirköy and I do highly recommend it ! (My first stay was in 2019). As I am in love with Bakirköy, I booked there many times, at a total of 5 other hotels that are at a walking distance from Mercure Bakirköy, and still, Mercure is the best. I recommend Bakirköy as a region and Mercure Bakirköy as the best hotel in my experience.

Perfecr, only some observations : Towels were not perfectly clean (some stains). Isolation wasn't perfect. Luminosity at night is limited a little.

Every thing Location, breakfast, and hospitality ( Zirgut & Zeynet & Murat) They sent us a cake for the birthday of my kid

Korhan was an excellent "manager", well if he was not, he should be. Strived to provide excellent service even when junior staff could not understand the fundamentals of customer service.

Upon check out, Melisa was not helpful and Korhan had to step in. She wanted me to pay for the complementary drink provided by the hotel. She needs training on customer interaction and insisted that I pay - not helpful at all. She could barely even smile as a front desk personnel. However, as soon as Korhan stepped in, it was resolved in minutes.
