Titanic Port Bakirkoy

We arrived very late in Istanbul,and we parked near the hotel.The hotel staff went and took our car amd parked it in front of the hotel.The whole staff were very helpful,kind and friendly.We especially loved the pool and the food.The services are at the highest level: water,coffee, fruits and snacks included in the room price.I liked that at the pool they asked that all the members using the pool should wear head cap in order not to loose some hair in the pools.If you dont have it you can buy it from the spa center for 32 turkish lira. The hotel is located near the train station,you can go to the main visitation places with the train, metro or tram.They are all connected with each other.In the area of the hotel you can find 2 mall centers, lots of coffee places,stores and restaurants.All the area is very animated,its a pleasure just to take a walk on the streets. The staff from breakfast were very kind and hard working especially Melek and her team and also the Customer services staff were great,helped us with all the information we needed.Reception staff were excelent too,kind,friendly and helpfull.We will for sure come back in this hotel.

there isnt something I didnt liked

The property is in a very nice location with easy access to public transport. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Sirkeci. The marina is at walking distance. Florya beach is few minutes away. There is a wide choice of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is always lively. The property is kept very clean all the times. All staff: Manager, Reception, Restaurant, Cleaners are very welcoming and courteous. We appreciated the management gesture on our son’s Birthday.

the place is very clean. room was lovely. we joined the tour of Turkey so we booked this as a first day before the tour. The reception was very nice and helpful. gave us a nice room and the pool and spa facilities were great. in the middle of a lot of shopping and eateries . but far away from the main attractions of Istanbul. would have to use a cab to get there about 30 mins away with traffic. loved the Roberto Cavalli shampoo conditioner and body wash and smalll things like the toothbrush and toothpaste was thoughtful. didn’t use any other facility.

Very. busy road in front which could get loud but it’s no fault of the hotel. it is what it is

I used to travel istanbul fo 4-5 times a year. Titanic is the preferred choice because its location attracts me as all majority Brand shops are nearby to the property. Apart from this hospitality and services of staff are really amazing , specially I would like to thank Ms Nihan/Ms Yesmin and Ms Simge for making our stay comfortable during all the time. Very professional staff, cooperative and caring. They make you feel always as special guest. In my opinion tourist must visit them and make stay for mesmerising experience at better rates in the city. I would like to thanks all Titanic Team again and wish them great days ahead.

Housekeeping,cleaning room is below acceptable. You have to change electronic keys for elevators. The gate keepers were not friendly,dealing with arrogance except for Denis who used to smile and ready to help and there was a younger employee he was good too.

- It is closed to two Shopping centers. - The area is great and full of variety of shops and restaurants. - The area is somehow away from crowded traffic during rush hours. - The staff are very friendly and highly cooperative. - I have to thank all staff for their help and support especially Mr. Gokhan. - We like the swimming pool opening hours that gives variety of time management during the day.

- Although the Breakfast is very good we hope the it could have much more options in cheese and fruits. - The room lights is OK but still needs more during night.

(+) The hotel staff were very friendly, cooperative and attentive. (+) Location wise, it close to supermarket, malls, restaurants and many cafes. (+) Cleaning service was very good.

(-) Laundry was bad. it took them 2 days to give us back our clothes despite informing them that we wanted express service. (-) The streets around the hotel could be crowded an noisy but mostly during weekend. (-) Not much variety of dishes in the breakfast menu.

The location was perfect as it was next to shopping complex and restaurants, the room was comfortable, quiet and tidy. Had wifi in our room for free, Breakfast was delicious and my wife has some allergies and the chefs(Dennis, Angel, Yasmin & Onder), waiters and the guest relations manager Nihan made sure that she will have a healthy and full breakfast. Everyone was kind and helped us in anything we needed. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Maybe a more powerful wifi

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location near the Marmaray made site seeing convenient. Using the pool and spa after the long days sightseeing was excellent. Breakfasts were well done. Cleaners were thorough and attentive to our schedule.

Istanbul rush hour traffic is really bad. Try to avoid any form of travel in that period. Highways are like parking lots and the subway/trams very over croweded.
