White Palace Hotel

We went on a business travel and we really liked the location because it was next to our object. However, if you are a tourist location is quite a local district. The staff was very friendly and caring. There would be at least one person who speaks English around.

Lack of clean surroundings. They cleaned the room, changed the sheets and towels as much as we needed but there was a dust in the areas that are not easy to reach (lamp buttons). Also there was a huge spot on the wall. Shower room had some mold. Also they tell it is 3 star hotel. However both our twin rooms didn't have any wardrobe only hangers over the table which is very uncomfortable and unsanitary. Small rooms are very small :D

I stayed in room 208 for 32 nights. This hotel is strategically located with the metro station just nearby, less than 5 minutes away by walking. The hotel is also surrounded by many shops that sell everything that is needed from food and fruits to clothes, shoes, bags etc. Just beside the hotel is a 4 storey supermarket on one side and on the other side, is a shop that sells nuts, Turkish sweets, dried fruits. Opposite that 4 storey supermarket is The Happy Centre which is also a supermarket. There are many other shops nearby too, making it so convenient to stay at this hotel. The hotel room and bathroom is very clean with daily housekeeping services. There is a safe, long table and chair with tea/coffee/ water topped up daily with a kettle to boil water. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and there are lots of shelves and drawers to keep things. There is also good, reliable Wifi, hairdryer and ironing facilities. The staffs at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, always asking me if everything in the room was okay. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will likely be returning to Istanbul in one to 2 years time and I will definitely stay at this White Palace Hotel again. Thank you to Mr. Yusuf and all his other staffs for making my long stay in this hotel so comfortable and memorable. Keep up the good work!

I didn’t like rude and inappropriate attitude of one staff member, the English speaking one, don’t remember his name. Other members at the hotel were very friendly and nice. The hotel itself is clean and good.

The hotel had great access to public transportation, and there were a lot of affordable shopping, grocerry and food facilities around the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful during my stay of two weeks with the family there. The hotel itself was quite affordable, and over exceeded my expectations. I, for sure, recommend it to all my friends who are traveling to Istanbul.

The hotel itself was quite well, and over exceeded my expectations. However, there was a minor issues that the elevator made some noises which was a bit annoying after the midnight.

I came alone here for surgery, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff made me feel safe and attended to me whenever I needed help especially whilst I was recovering. They are all very friendly, well mannered and polite. They act quick if you ask for something and make you the best morning coffee 😊!!! Response on what’s app is very quick too, they reply within a few seconds every time. Honestly, for someone who’s travelled to a lot of places this hotel is one of the best. Thank you so much 🙏🏽

Great value for money, very friendly and helpful staff, good place (a lot of supermarkets around the hotel), clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Our room had a big balcony.

There were no mosquito nets and a safety deposit box in the room, although these items were mentioned in the room description. You can get a clothes iron, but you have to ask the staff. There could have been at least one chair in the room.

We liked everything, the hotel, the employees. They are very friendly and helpful. The prices are good and the quality is ok. We were in the middle of everything, it is a very strategic area. You have the bus, after one stop there is the metro. There are banks, shops and restaurants everywhere. You can cut your hair, do your nails. We didn’t want to leave here. But we had to go unfortunately. We really truly recommend this hotel due the strategic area and friendly staff! Next time we will choose this place again in future. We are gonna miss the börek place in front of our hotel…

The hotel is very clean, which is very important. The location is great - it's 2 minutes to Atakoy Metrostation, near have many shops, restaurants etc. The manager is very kind and helpful - he gave us the room earlier than the regular chek-in time and help us to extand our stay because it was unpredictable. He and the other persin in the hotel are very nice people. The room was big and the bed is very comfortable. Very good quality-money hotel. Reccomend it.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was kept lovely and clean and it was great value for money. I would definitely recommend.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The location was a bit far from all the travelling we had done, but using the public transport such as metrobus it was quick and easy to avoid the Istanbul traffic. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They were always able to answer our questions. The hotel was clean.

The only downgrade is that there were guests smoking in their rooms and Everytime we left our room the smell of cigarettes had been there.
