Vogue Hotel Supreme Istanbul

All Vogue hotel team is very attentive and helpful. They don’t just do their job, they really care about guests. Nice breakfasts were served partially from buffet, partially upon order (eggs, porridge), fine fruits and turkish “simiti” bread with butter 😋

Nothing disappointed us, apparently, as we always ask what we need and try to be polite with staff. This hotel team was always there to help.

Good clean facilities

Front desk guys seem to have a deal with taxi drivers. We had booked an Uber to the airport. Because taxis can't get to the hotel gate, I asked front desk guy to provide directions to the Uber driver on the phone. Front desk guy cancelled my Uber without my knowledge and called his own cab driver, which was more expensive and was likely uninsured. Small difference in dollars for me but feels bad to have been cheated/taken advantage of like that.

Vogue hotel made our trip to Istanbul an absolute blast and a breeze. The location of the hotel is great - you can see the Hagia Sofia or the Blue mosque from certain rooms. The breakfast was superb, with different warm foods, both local and continental, and breads being served each day. The rooms and beds were a good size (for the price and location) and the beds were super comfortable. Finally, the hotel staff gave our trip a personable touch that you only find at rare boutique hotels like Vogue. Yilmaz would greet us, by name, everyday and ask about our plans and how we could help. At reception, Atalay, Ali, Ayse and Talha were always helpful, making our check ins/outs, taxis, or even just getting water bottles delivered to our room an effortless experience. Onur and Ayub were great, helping us with our luggage but also for a late night chat just talking about life and philosophy!! Kudos to the management for putting together such a great team. I highly recommend booking this hotel for all of the above but also for the intimate experience that not many hotels can offer.

Would have been nice to have a pool at the hotel :)

Excellent staff and amazing location and view

The shower has a floor to ceiling glass window and the roman blind was a bit creepy and one panel was missing so privacy was affected

The location of the hotel is prime, and I loved having a view of Hagia Sophia. With this hotel you’ll be in the heart of the lively parts of Istanbul, everything you need is in walking distance, and so are the main attractions of Sultan Ahmed Area (Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace). The staff are great and very helpful. They’re friendly and very attentive for your needs. Special shout out to Eren, thank you for your help :)

The property feels a little outdated and requires some renovation. However in light of all other positives, it still is a very nice and cozy stay.

Excellent Location, although in the middle of tourist attractions it is in a quiet and very safe area. The hotel staff were all amazing, smiling always and ready to help in any way possible, they even arranged for our pcr test to be done at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The Room & Toilet was very clean and spacious compared to hotels in Istanbul.

Location is difficult for taxi drivers as the Hotel is located on a closed road, the hotel should inform all customers about this and share the nearest drop off location. The pillows were hard , Hotel should offer more pillows.

I really enjoyed the stay at Vogue Supreme: the position is perfect, just a few steps from the Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, and very close to Sultanahmet Tram Station. Moreover, it is located in a traffic-free road, so no traffic noise both night and day. I also appreciated the transfer service from the airport to the hotel, very comfortable and at a fair price. The room was pretty big and cozy, the cleaning service was good, and all the staff members were amazing, always nice and caring. I liked the breakfast, and although there weren’t as many options and variety as I have experienced in other hotels of the same category, the quality and taste of food was good; I also really enjoyed the possibility to have breakfast outdoor.

The bathroom was a little bit outdated, with poor lighting and the door not locking well, but it's a little thing on the whole. I would suggest more food choices for breakfast, possibily paying also attention to the most common dietary requirements (intolerances and allergies, vegetarian, vegan, religious food restrictions etc.), both in terms of food options and helping guests with description of food allergenes on it.

Let me tell you a little about this wonderful hotel. Actually there are very few words about this hotel, you have to come and see for yourself this wonderful hotel with its super staff. the rooms were very clean and the location was right in the heart of istanbul The staff is simply wonderful, they are very warm, kind, respectful. The guys at the reception are so nice as if they are your closest friend for many years. All the workers are good, but for me there are names that I just can't emphasize in this writing, they are from Adsuran ,SERVAN ,MIRAC ,Murat Atalay Eren Berke . I am very grateful to the management of this hotel for creating such a hotel for me and tourists like me and having such an impressive and friendly staff. Thank you very much. I will tell all my relatives about this hotel and I will definitely urge them when they come to Istanbul to definitely choose this hotel and when I come to Istanbul again I already know where I will live. The hotel cafe was simply wonderful, the food was very fresh and very tasty. the staff was just wonderful the hotel prepared a free late check-out for me for which I thank the reception guys again. Great location. Our room had a view of Hagia Sophia! The room was good sized, clean, and with plenty of space for suitcases. WiFI worked well. Hotel provides sleepers & robes which were greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite plain. It was hot in the room and even though there is a thermostat in the room it is locked and can't be operated. It was blowing hot air when we arrived and we asked at the reception to turn it off. Even after it was turned off the room was too warm and we had to open the windows. I think 5 start hotels should have working AC/heat that can be controlled from the room. Water temperature in the shower was unpredictable going from hot to chilly on it's own.

The location is great if you want to visit the historical centre. The tram and nearby metro can then also easily take you to other parts of Istanbul. Staff is super friendly and kind, and were very forthcoming. The Hagia Sophia view from our room was truly lovely.

We would have loved to see allergen information on the food somewhere, as the staff could not confidently answer whether things contained dairy or not. The cot provided was pretty worn and had a broken base layer, which we misidentified as a soft matress. The staff did try to firm up the mattress by wrapping it in more sheets.
