Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai

I loved everything. Perfect central location with interior access to the Mall of the Emirates as a bonus. Beautiful views, a delicious restaurant which provided wonderful iftar buffets and room service suhoor; for Ramadan a special evening service of Arabic coffee in the main lobby. The pools are magnificent, but above all the attention of the staff was amazing. From the reception staff, to the restaurant people who anticipate guests needs, and when we are daily visitors greet us by name, and the gentlemen at the main entrance who stand in the heat all day making sure our transportation needs are taken care of, always with a smile, who recognize us and remember what we need. Impeccable housekeeping. And finally the spa staff aware, on my last day I treated myself to a full body scrub/massage. I’ve never appreciated one so much! All of you made an already special Ramadan visit to friends in a beloved country over the top. I have a lifetime of experience with Sheraton hotels around the world but this was truly exceptional. The website says the pool is open from 7 AM to 10 AM rather than 10 PM, someone needs to proofread a bit better. The information about the hotel is all on the television and one must download a lot of QR codes and these things aren’t always convenient. They are also not complete information so I think that could use a bit of a tweak, since we are talking about a five-star property! But these are not anything that detracted from my stay in any way.

The hotel met all expectations. The hotel provided a cake and decorations to help us celebrate my wife's birthday, it was much appreciated.

Everything was awesome from beginning to end. The hotel was great and very nice. The staff was next level and provided superior customer service. This has been the best service I have received in a very long time. Let's start with the front desk staff. I don't remember their names but every single person I spoke with was AWESOME! My hotel came with breakfast and Mohamed Ihthisam was THE BEST in the restaurant and bar area, he also provided Stellar service. Lastly, Azam made sure my room was in tip-top condition every single day that I was there at The Sheraton. Americas could learn a thing to two. I have to brag about this experience because The Sheraton Staff was SUPERB!!!! Thanks Guys!!

Staff:- Indian girl at reception she is fast cheerful & welcoming, got early and fast checking on my arrival staff like housekeeping room dining security all of them were welcoming and helpful location:- it’s interconnected with mall of emirates, overlooking main highway gives good view, my room has clear view of Arab hotel and burj Khalifa building Bedding:- it’s comfortable sheets are clean even sofa can be use as kid bed just request room service to prepare for you floor carpets is old but clean, temperature control is good, tea and coffee option in room and mini bar is well stocked room dining food is not expensive and it’s in line if any good restaurants, one can take meal from room dining without concerning must on price Swiming pool on 24th floor has good view and start there is well trained same as gym it’s very good breakfast we have not taken as we planned to use the food court in the mall therefore we can’t comment on breakfast there is metro connecting from mall just need to walk a bit

glass bathroom wall is cover with blinds from outside which corner has some gap! shower is in bath tub which is not fully covered with glass door when there is family with kid there will be water spillage on bathroom floor for sure toilet jet spray is way to hard please check room no 1502 might it’s only in this room toilet sheet is not narrow feel uncomfortable if stay on not bit longer hight of bathtub to floor is not suitable for kids as it’s high room dining food is not that great it’s not bad but there is room for improvement

Been here before and visited again. The hotel is perfectly located not too far from the airport and has a mall where you can go for a shopping or just for a walk. Rooms were being refurbished, but still more than adequate with a high level of amenities such as toothbrushes, razors and mouthwash. A special mention for the staff, specifically Mansi, Frankline, Usman and Vijay. The first three were in the night security shift, all very friendly, courteous and made us feel really comfortable. Vijay was responsible for housekeeping in our floor (21), and he too did a fantastic job and made us really comfortable. All in all, highly recommended and will be visiting again.

Very good variety for breakfast and seat spacing in the breakfast hall. The room was excellent. It was very clean, had all the required amenities and very appropriate size. The location is ideal for work or for a personal stay. Top marks to the staff for their hospitality and efficiency.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff especially were really Awsome and gave my family and I exceptional service. Mr Nadir at reception gave us a complimentary upgrade without me even asking. Sami who welcomes all guests with lovely coffee and dates is kind and makes you feel at home. Our room was always so clean thanks to Vijay and Mr Hassen. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. The only thing I didn't like was the shower in the bath. It made it difficult to climb in and out. The pool area and spa were really Awsome. The hotel is also linked to the mall and that is such a blessing. All in all this hotel and it's staff are by far one of the best in Dubai

Exceptional hotel with a fantastic staff and great location. We stayed there twice in April and both visits exceeded our expectations. The facilities are some of the best I have ever encountered. Spotless. The hotel is next door to the Mall of the Emirates, with an internal access point, and is connected to a metro station, very convenient. The staff are what make this hotel what it is. They go beyond their duty to make the customer feel welcome, from the concierge, cleaners, the staff in the restaurant, up to the front desk. We had our 3 year old along and he was treated exceptionally well. I do not recall their names, but the two gentlemen that cleaned our rooms during both of our stays made my son very happy. They should be commended for their positive attitude and customer attention. Next time I am in Dubai, I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend it.

There is nothing I can fault with this experience. Everything was perfect. We will be back.
