i like the venue itself & the place is really good for a group. But, one thing i need to suggest is it should have a slippers for the guests. Thank you to Mr Savito for accomodating us & he is a good to talk too he can prompt reply to you.

No Slippers for guests & things for cleaning it should have to stocked for in case of emergency.

Very big place and very comfortable, good for families and the staff was kind with us, recommended for big groups

The villas team do not answering the calls, so you should call the main reception which is for the hotels and they will transfer you to them, And the living room is very big so the AC is not enough so it was a little but hot, the room temperature about 25 and 26 C

massive property beyond expectation, villa was very clean and comfortable. swimming pool was very clean too. Such a commendable service provided by the manager of the property Mena. He is also very accommodating with our request to checkin early and checkout late.

while it was clean, the smell wasn’t very pleasant (smoke smell in the living room) they could provide a freshener at least, we called the reception but they didn’t provide so we have to last minute pick it up from grocery.

bit tricky was not able to get more option to dine near by

Overall experience was very good. The villa is really good. A nice balcony. The master bedroom was fantastic. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much.

Nothing in particular. However, I wish there were more utensils and kitchenware.

Liked the ease of check-in, ample parking, spaciousness of the villa and overall quiet surroundings. Lots of TV channels for those laid back evenings. Availability of a small play area and the well maintained gym n decent-sized pools (separate for kids and adults) within the compound was nice. Contact number of a grocery store shared by the guard was helpful for urgent deliveries.

There was no cleaning done during our 2 nights stay though I saw cleaners opposite us. Single, thin pillows with no extra made it tough to sleep. Floors were dusty and turned feet black if walked without shoes.

I don’t like the ac can’t mange very cold or hot and need more maintenance for all doors and path

it’s recommended .. huge hall and rooms.. clean.. Ac , Tv , kitchen and swimming pool are good.. stuff specially Mr.Mina .. he is so kind and helpful.. sure I’ll return back again
